Price may be on the high side, but it’s quality Le Creuset quality and exact color of their cookware. I’m happy with mine.

These are fantastic pot holders/trivets. I realize this is for product review rather than seller review, but am noting this with 4 stars to draw a bit of attention to any potential buyers so they know not to buy this from Roney Innovations. Photos don't really give it justice, but give an idea of the utter filth that mine came with - deep dirt, with a triangle spared by whatever was sitting on it (not that the other side was spared, though). I've had items in the open in my garage for 20 years without layers of dirt like this. Even a trip through the dishwasher wouldn't be enough. Left it in the back yard, washed my hands, and here we are. Unconscionable really, and literally disgusting. Fulfilled by amazon and they made good on it all, but buy this wonderful item from another seller, here or elsewhere.

I set a couple of these on my glass top stove to set the pizza stone on when it comes out of the oven. I use them under hot dishes on my antique table. They never fail me. They are, however, very pricey. Since I bought another one, I must think they are worth it!

I use these everyday. I liked so much I bought 4 of them. Highly recommend.

Great as a hot pad, gripper to opening jars and as a grip underneath my mixing bowls while preparing food for baking.

I’ve never had a Le Creuset product that wasn’t wonderful. I have had another of their silicone pot holders for over 20 years and I wish it hadn’t taken me so long to get a second one… The first one is in great shape and it is used every day.

I ordered this cool trivet/potholder more for the potholding function. It works but is not as flexible as I had hoped. But that's probably what makes it a great trivet. I'm sure we'll get used to using it to grip hot pot covers, but it's best use is to hold pots. Also great to make a surface nonskid. The true red color goes great with my  Rachael Ray Stoneware EVOO Oil and Vinegar Dispensing Bottle Set, 2-Piece, Red  and my  Kitchen Elements Ultra-Flex Red Silicone Kitchen Cooking Mitt, Pack of 2 , both also highly recommended!

I wanted it for the bottom of a saucepan, but because it was half a centimetre bigger than described it didn’t fit, so I returned it and bought four for a fraction of the price that do fit. It did seem very nice, but very expensive.

Le Creuset is sold on its name and reputation and has a price tag to match it. This is exactly what I expected and it does exactly as expected. Its a nice vibrant colour for the kitchen (dark orange if anyone needs a description) and will last for years. It is not particularly large but it works for a standard saucepan and that is what I I wanted and it does not disappoint. It is expensive however for what it is hence it does not deserve 5 stars and gets 4.

A great kitchen tool ... non slip ... and protects surfaces from heat and scratches.I have purchased al least 10 most for my self, some for gifts ... if you can find the rectangular shaped one, its a very useful shape for larger roasters, great for protecting glass stove tops too.

this actually looks pretty good and works really well as a warm pot stand in my small kitchen. it covers about the ares of the biggest pot base in a standard three pot size range but it is quite thich so it can easily support a slightly wider pot within reason. i havent opened jars with it yet but it is very flexible so i can see how they would help to do that. you can also grab hot trays or dished out of the oven but i have to admit i still prefer using a doubled up cloth for that job because although the thing is flexible you dont get the same 'feel' for a good grip on something like you do with a cloth or oven glove.they are flexible like i said but in no way flimsy. they are made very well and will last an age i have no doubt.not a kitchen essential but a handy addition none the less.

The media could not be loaded.  This is one of those kitchen gadgets that once you have for a while you wonder how you ever managed without. I use this mat for a number of different things.I have a lovely wooden chopping board and I don't like putting hot pans straight onto it as this can cause unsightly scorch marks that are impossible to remove. I don't have the room in my kitchen to leave metal trivets permanently out for hot pans or to store them when not in use so this thin, flexible, silicon mat does the job and takes up almost no space in a drawer.Because I don't have very strong wrists I struggle to open a lot of jars and bottles. I've found that using this mat means I can open them with very little strength.I've also got a plastic board that I use for cutting meat. Unfortunately over time this board has warped a little bit and it slides around if put straight onto my kitchen surface. However, putting the silicone mat underneath the board keeps it firmly in place. It works just as well for stopping bowls from sliding around if you are mixing or whisking in them.The mat is easy to keep clean either in the dishwasher or using hot soapy water and it comes out looking as good as new.Size wise it is about 2/3 of the size of a dinner plate. It easily protects my work surface from every size pan from small egg pans up to my huge stock pot.I've been really pleased that I bought one of these and I have certainly had a lot of use out of it.
