will it remove vertical ridges

Usually, nail ridges, especially vertical ones, are caused by a lack of biotin or iron (which supplements can help with) or are age related (not much to be done except to minimise them). It takes a while to grow out completely with the supplements or you can use a 4 step buffer to help minimise them. Hope this helps.

Can i use this cream on my 7 years old sons nails? He has nail psoirasis and his nails are really weak and brittle!

I suppose it would depend if any of the ingredients in the cream could trigger your son’s psoriasis- maybe it would be best to contact the manufacturers. But I’ve used it regularly on and off for ages. I have sensitive skin. I actually rub any excess on my hands, and it hasn’t caused any reactions. It seems quite a gentle cream. It does the job though, if you follow the instructions to apply 2-3 times daily.

Can this work over gel polish?

I've used it with regular nail polish. As long as u can massage into the cuticles I don't see why it wouldn't work with gel polish.
