3dbm loss as expected through splitter
Good quality 2-way splitter. OTDR fiber test showed no issues. 3dm loss as expected on a 2-way split. Tips were not perfectly clean on scope but did clean easily.

Two outa three ain't bad...
Only two worked with acceptable db loss. One was no good right from the package, with neg 39 db loss.
