I couldn't be without this I have tried so many but this is the best taste and it really works especially at night time. The only negative I have is the price I feel is more expensive that other products on the market

Very pleased with mouth spray, it was recommended by my dentist for a dry mouth. Long lasting and tastes ok. Quite expensive but overall does help.

I have a really, really dry mouth caused by THREE medications - one being Accutane. I've tried several brands for dry mouth and Biotene is the only one that tastes okay and works, I currently keep one bottle on my bedside table, one in my handbag and one on my desk in living room. I've been using the mouthguard for about 8 years (wow that's a long time) I've also tried the gel which does the job but I don't want to keep putting a dollop on my finger and have to keep getting up to wash my hands. It isn't perfect, the effect doesn't last very long and annoyingly the bottles leak so I decant the spray into reusable spray bottles. It's also no the cheapest but it works for me.

Nice minty flavour. Very handy for dry mouth symptoms especially at night.

This spray does give relief for a while and I would say it is better than some I have used.

I have really dry mouth due to medications I take. I actually had a bottle of this for quite a while, but didn't start using it regularly until I got a CPAP machine. My mouth got so dry it was painful. So I located the bottle of this stuff and a few sprays before bed takes care of the problem. I ordered a 3-pack this time around, still just planning on using it before bed. I had these dry mouth lozenges at work (different brand) that I sometimes used, but they changed the shape and I found they cut up the inside of my mouth. I realized I could bring a bottle of spray to work too. Then one day I was out of water in my car and stuck in traffic when I realized I should put one in my purse too. Now that I'm using it more often, it really does make a big difference. I have far fewer episodes of my mouth being so dry that getting something to drink is my only priority. The main reason I had the first bottle so long and didn't really use it is that I'm really sensitive to the taste of things like this. If something tastes disgusting, I'm not going to use it no matter how well it works. I wish I would have given this a chance sooner because it works and it doesn't taste bad at all. "Gentle Mint" is a good description...it's minty without being spicy and the mint is not trying to conceal the background taste of whatever is in it. The lozenges I mentioned come from MedActive, so I decided to try their spray as well. I sprayed it once and threw it in the trash. It was horrible. I will stick with the Biotene brand from here one out.
