Love these workout sauna pants. Couple of suggestions; buy more than one pair if your workout several times a week. I work out 5x’s a week and I bought 2 and it’s not enough because you cannot dry them in the dryer (which is standard for all these types of pants) I got an extra large and they fit perfect. I am 5’5 about 195 and I wear a large in most items so I went a size up. The other thing, and I think this is a good tip, I use this cream that is supposed to enhance fat loss but even if I didn’t, I wear a thin pair of leggings underneath so the pants don’t get so sweaty. I do this because to keep them nice they need to be cleaned after every use and they dry faster if I don’t have to soak them to get the cream off. I hope that makes sense. Anyway love them and am order a couple more and a top as well.

I order a size up in these, just because they're not easily put on. But once you get them on, the fit is great! It really helps kick up my workout a notch! I have numerous pairs and love them all!

Product material feels cheap and pants could not even go past my thighs. Mind you i sized up 2 sizes. I weigh 140 and i am 5’8 so i am more lean/thin and i ordered a size LARGE which barely went past my thighs. Definitely returning and not worth going for higher size at this point because even a size 2 XL might not end up fitting because these pants are so small. Feels like they are meant for little children or something.

Ar first it was a but hard to get into because of the air seal when you put them on. But OH MY BLOODY GOODNESS!!! every time I take them off at the gym it's already sweaty and great phone pocket! Even though it dose have a fishy smell after using it, for me it's understandable because of the sweat but MY BLOODY GOODNESS!! so soft and fit, hellut fits in my small gym bag! 10/10 for any beginners or recent or on going people!

Runs extremely SMALL …. I am usually and XL and couldn’t even get over my thighs

Great quality but I ordered Large and couldn’t even pull it higher than my knees, usually I’m size medium. Do I need like 2XL? Strange . I have to return

OK so I was thinking they were a gimmick but that was not the case. I have been on a weight loss kick for a year now. 60lbs down And only recently started the exercising at the gym. I had some PT to get me readied so I could be strong enough to start the gym. So i bought the pants and the shorts a nd a simaliar top. When I wear them I am cover in sweat after. Like slimmy I know its gross but good at same time. My skin seems to be softer too. So for sizing I am 5'6" 170lbs I ordered a Large. Also if you are putting them on after a shower or if your skin is damp, It can be a bit tricky to get them on. I left my socks on and that helped.
