Would it be to much for a 105l planted aquarium

I have an FX6 on my Fluval Roma 240 and I use a 306 on my 125litre tank. You can't really have too much filtration. So if the FX4 fits why not. You can adjust the flow down if you need to anyway.

Will the inlet & outlet pipes fit in my jewel rio 240 rear grooves without me having to cut the grooves to make them fit. Hopefully you know what i me

The strainer looks big, how to stop fry from bekng sucked in?

i use a bit of very fine net over the strainer

is this ok for small fish such as tetras ,i also have angels is it quiet and how thick r the hoses

You can adjust both intake and out flow rates. So if you’re fish are getting battered you can turn it down. I have Neon tetra among the inhabitants of the tank I have this running on, they’re fine. They don’t shy from it. I think with angels being so flat sided they might struggle though, unless you reduce the flow.
