I would deffo recommend this product. Its really easy to take, when you burb you don't taste it! More importantly it has made my knees and hips less painful - I've been taking these for a few months now, and I would say that I noticed a difference after about 2 months. You have to be consistent with taking them though.

I’m don’t really like oily fish so I ordered these to get enough omega 3. These are reasonably high levels which is what I was looking for. They were recommended by Which Guide. Don’t leave a fishy after taste. Only down side is they are quite big so take a while to get used to swallowing them!
