I would deffo recommend this product. Its really easy to take, when you burb you don't taste it! More importantly it has made my knees and hips less painful - I've been taking these for a few months now, and I would say that I noticed a difference after about 2 months. You have to be consistent with taking them though.

Im Rahmen einer Diät hatte ich mich vor mehr als einem Jahr dazu entschieden, meinen Speiseplan um das eine oder andere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel zu bereichern, damit mein Körper ausreichend mit den notwendigen Nährstoffen versorgt wird und es zu keinen Mangelerscheinungen kommt, die oftmals stark zeitverzögert auftreten. Aufgrund diverser Empfehlungen, bin ich schließlich auch bei Omega 3 Fettsäuren angekommen, die für den Körper immens wichtig sind und uns selbst bei normaler Ernährung dem Körper oftmals nicht in ausreichendem Maße zugeführt werden. Im Jahr 2010 hat die EFSA (Europäische Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit) eine tägliche Aufnahme von 200 mg DHA (Docosahexaensäure) empfohlen, der sich die DGE (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung) angeschlossen hat.●●●●●●●●●● DER KAUF ●●●●●●●●●●Aus diesem Grund hatte ich mich vor einem Jahr bei Amazon nach Omega 3 Fischöl-Kapseln umgesehen und bin dabei auf »Nutravita Omega 3 – 1000 mg« gestoßen, die es als praktischen Jahresvorrat zu 365 Kapseln für gerade einmal € 14,99 zu kaufen gab (siehe Foto). Heute enthält die Dose leider nur noch die Hälfte zum gleichen Preis.●●●●●●●●●● DAS PRODUKT ●●●●●●●●●●»Nutravita Omega 3 – 1000 mg« verspricht eine hochdosierte und reine Qualität von EPA zur Unterstützung der Herzfunktion und DHA zur Erhaltung einer normalen Hirnfunktion und Sehkraft. Die 365 Kapseln liegen dabei lose in einer durchsichtigen Dose, der sie leicht entnommen werden können.●●●●●●●●●● MEINE MEINUNG ●●●●●●●●●●Seit Juli 2017 nehme ich inzwischen die »Nutravita Omega 3 – 1000 mg« Kapseln morgens mit dem Frühstück ein. Verständlicherweise kann ich keinerlei Veränderungen meines Körpers feststellen, da mir dies anderenfalls arg zu denken geben würde. Aufgrund der Empfehlung einer täglichen Aufnahme von 200 mg DHA, kann es jedoch nicht schaden, dem Körper täglich 120 mg über die Kapseln zuzufügen und den Rest mit der normalen Ernährung abzudecken. Ich habe inzwischen sogar schon mitbekommen, dass einigen Mitmenschen eine doppelte Dosis empfohlen wird, um nicht unter 200 mg täglich zu landen. Eine natürlich Quelle tierischer Omega 3 Fettsäuren stellen Fettfische wie Lachs und Makrele dar, die ich verständlicherweise nicht täglich zu mir nehme. Bei Lachs kommt man auf einen Omega-3-Fettsäuregehalt von 1,8% und bei Makrelen auf 1%.Wenn man die Dose öffnet, kommt einem ein leichter Fischgeruch entgegen, der von manchen Menschen vielleicht als unangenehm empfunden werden könnte. Jedoch sollte man eben nicht vergessen, dass Fischöl per se eine Art Konzentrat ist, das natürlich auch einen gewissen Geruch absondert. Allerdings hat der Geruch während der vergangenen 12 Monate nicht zugenommen, und auch das gelegentlich in Rezensionen erwähnte Aufstoßen nach der Einnahme ist bei mir ausgeblieben.Wie man den Fotos gut entnehmen kann, sind die Kapseln nicht gerade klein. 1000 mg Fischöl mit einem DHA-Gehalt von 120 mg kann man nun einmal schwerlich in eine Mikrokapsel packen, weshalb man sie idealerweise mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit zu sich nehmen sollte. Die Softkapseln sind sehr weich und lassen sich leicht zusammendrücken; man sollte es daher besser vermeiden, sie unnötig lange im Mund zu behalten oder gar auf sie zu beißen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie sich das Öl im Mund verhält …Was mich ein wenig stört, das ist der Umstand, dass die Dose transparent und lediglich durch die Bauchbinde abgedunkelt wird; zudem ist die Dose mit ihren 365 Kapseln doch recht groß und unhandlich (beispielsweise, wenn man auf Reisen ist). Aus diesem Grund habe ich meine Kapseln in eine lichtundurchlässige Plastikdose umgepackt, was mir ein besseres Gefühl bei der Aufbewahrung gibt. Schließlich hat es wohl einen Grund, weshalb normale Ölflaschen aus Grünglas oder Braunglas bestehen.Insgesamt bin ich mit dem »Nutravita Omega 3 – 1000 mg« im Vorratspack mit 365 Kapseln zu € 14,99 sehr zufrieden und empfehle sie sehr gern weiter.●●●●●●●●●● FAZIT ●●●●●●●●●●Im Vergleich mit anderen Herstellern bietet »Nutravita Omega 3 – 1000 mg« mit seinen 365 Kapseln und 120 mg DHA ein herausragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das meiner Meinung nach auch bei der halben Menge zum gleichen Preis noch immer unangefochten auf Platz 1 liegen dürfte. Denn die heutzutage nur noch 180 Kapseln zu € 14,99 stellen immer noch eine Halbjahresdosis dar. Zum Vergleich: Eine 2-Monats-Kur mit Antarktis Krilloel Kapseln (lediglich 24 mg DHA) kostet derzeit stolze € 15,55 und ist somit dreimal so teuer.

Con estas cápsulas no pasa en absoluto; son muy fáciles de digerir y no repiten nada.Cápsulas fáciles de tragar: A pesar de tener una buena dosis, el diseño de las perlas de gel es suave, lo que hace que se traguen de manera muy cómoda con un poco de agua.Formato muy duradero: El bote viene con una gran cantidad de cápsulas, lo que ofrece una relación calidad-precio imbatible y te permite olvidarte de comprar más durante meses.En resumenUn suplemento limpio, eficaz, de una marca de total confianza como Nutravita y que no deja sabor a pescado.
