I would deffo recommend this product. Its really easy to take, when you burb you don't taste it! More importantly it has made my knees and hips less painful - I've been taking these for a few months now, and I would say that I noticed a difference after about 2 months. Li ho presi perché cercavo un integratore di omega 3 semplice da assumere e con una buona quantità di capsule. La confezione è grande e dura parecchio, quindi è comoda per chi vuole usarli con regolarità. Le capsule sono un po’ grandi, ma si mandano giù abbastanza bene con acqua. Non ho notato retrogusti particolari, cosa che per me è importante con questo tipo di prodotto. Nel complesso mi sembra un buon acquisto.
