Will the coloured rings fit the pro pen slim?

Hi!, Yes, the exchangeable colour rings will fit on the Wacom Pro Pen Slim.

Is this compatible with a 2015 Intuos Pro Tablet

No, this pen was introduced later and wacom doesn't believe in compatibility. Also, the pro pen 2 nibs aren't compatible with older pens either.
