It's a very long list so I won't use all the Latin names!!I've also given the uses of some of the other chemical ingredients in brackets that may be of interest to you:  water, shea butter, olive oil, argan oil, soybean oil, coconut oil, mango butter, rosemary extract, aloe vera extract, DIMETHICONE, panax ginseng root extract, polyquaternum 37, propylene glycol, dicoprylate/dicaprate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, glycerin, DMDM hydantoin (antimicrobial agent), cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth 20 (used to keep ingredients mixed together) , polysorbate 20, propylene glycol,  imidazoidinyl urea, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, Cl 15985/yellow 6, perfume/fragrance, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate (floral aroma and UV absorber), couramin (vanilla-like essence), d-limonene, hexyl cinnamal (jasmine-like essence), lyral (synthetic fragrance), methyl ionone gamma (floral essence)

Hey, i'm a black afro male with about 2 inches in hair length. is this product only for females? or can it be used by males too

Can't see any reason why not! It smells peachy but does not give off any great perfume when in the hair. my daughter uses this but she is of mixed race and has curly ringlet like hair. I cannot give you my opinion on afro hair but can't see any reason why you shouldn't try it.

Question 3

is this any good for a childs type 4 styled as a large afro? can it be used with other products or will you get residue?

I use it with African Pride Shampoo for children. After shampooing I put the conditioner in their hair and leave in. Our children too have actor hair and it suits them very much and have never had any residue. It smells good too! Have had 3 lots of this conditioner now and will continue to use it. Question 4

Could you use this a deep conditioner? Would it not be too much to use as a leave-in as it says "intense moisture"?

It is not a deep conditioner & therefore in my opinion should not be used as a deep conditioner. The product clearly states leave in conditioner so that's how I use it. It leaves my hair with more volume, for my hair i only use a teaspoon full at the most depends on length & thickness of hair. Intense moisture leaves my hair feeling soft, reduces risk of breaking. Personally I love this product.
