I've taken sea buckthorn almost regularly since going into the menopause and I will continue to take it as they provide the little known Omega 7 fatty acid that keeps female parts 'moist', prevents dry eyes and helps to maintain skin elasticity. Stop taking it and you really notice the difference!! The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no after taste and for £8 a month they are doing your body a whole lot of good!!! What's there to think about?

I have used this supplement over the years. It is truly a grand supplement and I will continue to buy it from this company since it is not wildly expensive. As a pensioner cost as well as quantity and quality is very important to Me.

It really helps with dryness around the female parts, I've been on those for over a year now, and I wouldn't want to miss it. Would definitely give it a try, but with all homeopathic stuff, it needs to build up for a couple weeks or month, it's not an overnight wonder! Yes would recommend

I purchased these as it has been said that vitamin B7 is great for helping you to lose weight, as it kick starts the dormant fat burning cells, as I have only been taking them it is work in progress, I will have to wait and see

I've been looking for these Quest Sea Buckthorn tablets for a while now. In the recent past, I couldn't find this particular make through Amazon and thought they may have been discontinued. So I changed to another brand which didn't provide the same benefits and wasn't vegan. So I'm very pleased now that Quest are being stocked again. Thank you.

Good product, easy to swallow and effective for my dry eyes. Only criticism is about the packaging - it arrived open at one end and only by a miracle the goods were still inside.
