I’ve always been really bad at taking large tablets (I break paracetamol in half!) but these I was able to take easily. I do think they are working already, I have more energy and it has boosted my weight loss again.Brilliant product have already recommended to a colleague

I am not really sure if it helps with weight loss but i think it does help with retaining more muscles.. This might be weird to say but if i take it 3x a day it has some side effects which is known and expected.

like most supplements, it takes a few days to a week to start to seeing a difference as your body adjusts. I purchased this item to help with body fat. After a few weeks I can confirm that it works well in conjunction with the diet and I would recommend. Easy to swallow as well.

I use these to lose body fat of my belly I took them for 30 days first I took one of the tablet's a day with water nothing improve so I take 2 of these tablets a day for 30 days no improve waste of money don't buy

Unfortunately, these didn’t work for me. Delivery and price were fine though.
