Metagenics Vitamin D3 K2 Liquid Drops, Orange, Bone Health & Immunity, 30ml

The drops are very easy to use and the orange flavour is pleasant without being too strong. I like that Vitamin D3 and K2 are combined in one product, which makes it convenient to take every day. The bottle is a good size and the liquid format is much easier for me than taking tablets. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would buy it again.

Just received confirmation that it works. GP called and told me to stop taking vit D supplements for 3 months because my blood test result came back too high; over 200 when it should be well below 150. To be honest I had been taking an overdose for two months now; 1-2 whole droppers around 4 times a week. I wish I stopped taking it 2-3 days before the blood test to make sure the results are as accurate as possible. I will not stop taking it, I’ll just lower the dose. Just make sure you also take Magnesium and Zinc supplements as you won’t reap D3 benefits without enough K2, Magnesium and Zinc. Actually D3 can deplete your Magnesium reserves which can make you tired and possibly get leg cramps, so make sure you get the daily recommended dosage of Magnesium (Glycinate form for better absorption), it’s one of those supplements you should be taking every day for the rest of your life because it’s very unlikely you’ll get enough of it from food, same goes for D3+K2.

Very good product. I usually buy the chewing capsules, but this time I thought to try the drops. They were very good, especially that they came with a vitamin K2 blend, so I didn't have to make another separate purchase. I felt good after using them, the taste was ok for me and I was able to swallow everything without a problem. Yes, I will buy them again and I recommend them to anyone else looking for good quality vitamins.

The flavor isn’t TOO strong, subtle orangy type of flavor. I really like it and I usually add it to the last few sips of my coffee when it’s cooler. Great way to start the day! Highly recommended.

A bit pricey, but it honestly lasts ages. I like that it includes vitamin K2 alongside vitamin D - it’s meant to help direct calcium towards your bones rather than leaving it circulating in the blood.
