What time you went to bed and how much sleep you got, as well as how active you've been and the number of steps you've taken play an important role in the calculation. If you've meditated or done any breathing exercises, and you have the reproductive health feature turned on, these values will help calculate your stress level too. However, if the cycle feature is turned off, your stress levels will simply remove it from the calculation, as well as the Leaf app in general. This way you can comfortably enjoy the app without any false information, not cycle reminders. Can this be ordered without the leather bracelet? Is another bracelet material offered that is vegan friendly?

The leather bracelet and the necklace both come with it so you have the option of how to wear it. I have not seen a vegan friendly bracelet offered.

Waht does the leaf urban actually track? I downloaded the apl and it looks like a lot pf it is manual input.

Leaf Urban works as a tracking system for your health and provides insights and helpful reminders to keep you on track. Monthly cycles (fertile days, ovulation, period, and contraception intake) are monitored through the app so that you can have a greater awareness of your reproductive health. For now, Leaf can track your steps, distance moved & calories burned, but any extra activity such as breastfeeding, weightlifting, yoga etc. has to be manually entered.
