My intentions to take this was to up my glutathione levels and have it with glycine. I still take it in 2024 and is for my aging health as well age the most essential amino acid glutathione drops from age 28 which i am almost about 10% of my glutathione levels have dropped and at 40 about 20% would of dropped. It has been scientifically tested that this helps aging loss by 20+ percent years in animals not humans but, could be same for us.

Was somewhat sceptical initially about the claims of other reviews, but after using this product to clear my lung function, I am really impressed. It works for me and I feel so much better. It has thinned out the mucous in my lungs making it easier to get rid of. My coughing has reduced and I can take a really deep breath without a coughing fit. Very pleased that I gave it a try.

Product used for antioxidant properties and breathing issues. Usually excellent product but possibly quality a little inconsistent of late. I can tell how this product affects my breathing when I take it but I can also tell when a capsule has minimal affect leading me to question consistency of product when all else remains the same.

NAC was recommended to me by a friend who has used it before for COPD. After trying a few other brands with higher price tags, I ordered this product as it was comparatively cheaper and straightaway I found it to be effective. Although it is normal for NAC supplements to smell due to sulphur content but this does not smell as bad the others.It has provided me an excellent lung support and helped me with my coughing, phlegm issues and my breathing has improved considerably. I am not saying that it will work for everyone but it has made huge difference for me and in a way has changed my life.My partner also recently started using this to stimulate Glutathione production and is finding it more useful than taking Glutathione itself.

I have asthma and bronchiectasis, which is similar to cystic fibrosis in that my lungs can get pretty congested and mornings are a couple of hours of wheezing, coughing, straining to clear my lungs before I can start the day and get myself to work. I'm like two totally different people before 9am and post 9am. I've done a days work coughing before I actually go to work. I also have fatty liver and diabetes. Healthy lungs and livers don't run in my family which is why I've done so much research on what we lack. NAC is apparently what we lack. So I started taking this supplement a few years ago, then stopped as you do when things improve ... and recently when I felt congested again ... I remembered them and started taking them again. They make a HUGE difference. For one thing I've had 'walking pneumonia' and 'chickenpox pneumonia' in the last 10 years ... and that's because with bronchiectasis your lungs don't clear as well as they should so the baddies take up residence. Pneumonia is no joke. That's where NAC comes in for me. I feel a noticeable difference every morning ... I still cough to clear my lungs from overnight BUT ... and it's a BIG BUT ... it's EASIER to shift that mucous without totally exhausting myself ... it clears FASTER so I can get on with my day. I wouldn't be without them and would highly recommend them.

This is an amazing product, if you suffer from autism and have detoxification issues get these, with my condition I have a hard time with sulfation of salicylate in my diet so I was easily stressed and unable to get on with life, these help dramatically and now stay calm and in control of situations and engage in conversations easily, life changing

this definitely helped when I had a nasty chest infection/cold but one side effect I had was a bright red rash from neck to hips like sunburn, very hot to the touch and quite itchy. I was not sure if it was the virus or the supplement (the rash came the day after I started them) so I stopped them for a week, then started again - and the rash came back. My face was quite sore especially the skin under my eyes so thought best to share incase anyone else has same reaction. As I say it helped loads as I did not get sinus pain and my chest cleared quickly
