Great straps, been using an old pair which have been sewn numerous times. Should have bought these sooner. Well made and the velcro is strong, supports the knees great.

I bit the bullet and decided to invest in knee straps! When squatting heavy I was looking for support to help with the aches and pains I was finding I was having! I purchased these after looking about and went on functionality and price.These were great, and have worked wonders! Also as a bonus, strapping up is helping with hitting more PB lifts than non strapped. Maybe because I have more confidence in my form and support whilst squatting.

These knee wraps are an excellent way of providing mechanical tension & support to the joint when lifting heavy weights. Personally, I've had them for 3 weeks, which means about 12 workouts I've used them for squatting & the olympic lifts, and they have made me confident to go as heavy as I can that particular day. They are long strips of fairly elastic material (neoprene perhaps?) that have velcro on one of the sides so the lifter can have them as loose or tight as they want, which is a great advantage if you just need a little bit of support.I would recommend knee wraps like these for squat weights around 150kg+ or anyone who is lifting 2xBW+, otherwise you would probably get away with just using knee sleeves (which can't be adjusted by the user, one size fits all).Also I would really only recommend you put them on once you start getting to around 80-85% of your 1 rep max in that movement, because you might start getting dependent on them, thereby not strengthening the tendons & ligaments of the knee enough.All in all, great buy for the price because they've helped me get more kilos up in a safer way.

Great quality but too long for me personally , at 5’5 with shorter legs there’s a lot of material compared to my old ones. They support well

Good quality straps, essential for heavy squats.
