The yohimbine content is totally ineffective as the tablet don't seem to have any effect on alpha 2 andregenic recptors. The dosage is ineffective for a 5 mg tablet. I have tried nutraja tablet and half of their dosage will make your body shiver.Don't waste your money on this as there are much better brands in market
