Very healthy keeps u firing on all cylinders on emty - I put it in raw cocoa with honey and add to my meals - vile taste till u get used to it ! Worth it ! Was like springy legs raising frim sleep haa haaa

I’m sure the product is good for it’s intentions but I hated the taste

I use this to spot feed my vampire shrimp (also known as an armoured fan shrimp) and give my cherry shrimp something to chomble on as something different.I can't really comment much on it other than my vampire shrimp seems to love it. My partner who knows more about these kinda things says it seems a great quality product. Other than that I'm sorry, I just use this in my aquarium.I also used this with my sea monkeys, they seemed to enjoy it? I dunno, they don't really answer me when I ask them if it tastes nice.I can say that it dissolved great, goes into geb water column great.
