LEGO75168 "Yoda's Jedi Starfighter Building Toy

I have recently had major surgery and during my recovery I had a big hit of both boredom and nostalgia and started looking at Lego Star Wars sets. I am a huge Star Wars fan but haven't played with Lego since being a kid. I didn't want to spend loads on a huge set in case I didn't enjoy it this time round so I chose Yoda's Jedi Starfighter.I got this on offer for around half the price of RRP but I would still recommend it at full RRP, it is a great vehicle set on the smaller side. As an adult, the "play" features aren't a priority for me but the sprung loaded blasters on the front are a nice touch. Yoda and his lightsaber are included and can sit inside of the ship, and also R2, who sits in the back. Build time for me was about an hour and 5 minutes I was both conflicted with wanting to finish it to get to the final build and not wanting it to end!I've already ordered 2 bigger sets and would recommend this set as a great value build, for both kids and adults alike.

This set is brilliant! As a huge Star Wars fan, I always love a Lego Star Wars Set and this one has impressed. It is a great ship to build and included Yoda and R2-D2 minifigures. The set is very exciting to build and will be played with for hours even after it’s built. Overall great set and highly recommend.

As can be seen from many of my other reviews I’m very much a Lego and Star Wars geek, and unashamedly so. I’ve only been collecting sets though since April 2015, but I’ve acquired many since then. I don’t buy them as investments, I buy them to build once and display forever. Half of the enjoyment for me is the build, the other half is seeing them dotted about the house.This review is for Yoda’s Jedi Starfighter, a craft from the Clone Wars series. It’s a bit of an unusual purchase for me as I tend to stick to craft from the motion pictures rather than spin-off series. I warm more to those classic ships I’ve seen for many years.That said, this is a decent addition to the series and a reasonable Lego build, and the biggest draw is perhaps that it includes mini figures of Yoda himself and R2-D2. The ship is a straightforward build which was completed in under an hour, factoring in interruptions such as the Grand Prix that was on telly at the time. If you’ve owned a number of Lego Star Wars ships then it’s possible you’ll notice similarities between this and Tie Advanced which shares a number of components. I did have a little sense of de-ja-vu as I was building it, anticipating what was to come.On the whole, it’s a pretty good set and will appeal to many. Where it falls down a little in similarity to other sets it benefits with the mini figures and the overall value.

great lego for good price. also bought for his friend birthday as a present. he loved it as well. not too difficult to build for a 8-9 year olds

Great Lego set. It is quite small, but still as intricate as the larger sets. Didn't take long to build which is good for beginners. It has some real fire power.

Bought for my nephew as a [present and both my boys are fighting over it (9 and 14). Eldest wants it because its got a Yoda figure. Great value at £20

Je voulais décorer une chambre d'enfants pour une villa que je destine à la location. J'ai acheté des couettes de lits de dessins animés et mangas... De Mononoke-hime à Fairy Tail en passant par Mon voisin Totoro et l'adorable peluche :) Et bien évidemment, l'incontournable saga star wars...Aussi comme toujours j'ai voulus compléter ma décoration en y ajoutant des éléments plus concrets avec lesquels les enfants pourraient jouer...Et j'ai acheté en magasin la boite de Lego X-Wing ( je sais c'est pas celle là... Mais j'ai pas finit ^_^ ).Donc je rentre chez moi et je commence à assembler la "maquette"...Au bout d'une demi heure je me faisais la réflexion que les gamins d'aujourd'hui avaient bien de la chance d'avoir des jouets si élaborés et d'une telle qualité !Finalement au bout d'une heure et demi j'étais super content d'avoir finit, admirant la beauté de ce jouet... Mais triste que ce soit terminé... Alors j'ai acheté sur Amazone dans la foulée :- le Y-Wing- le starfighter de Yoda- le TIE Fighter- Et même le Faucon Millénium ( Mais je l'ai pas encore reçue.. GRRR ! )Je pensais vraiment pas qu'une boite de Lego puisse à ce point me faire retomber en enfance ^_^J'ai pas été jusqu'à jouer avec les petites figurines... Mais je me suis surpris à faire voler le chasseur TIE en imitant le bruit hurlant de ses moteurs ;)=Bref j'espère que les enfants prendrons autant de plaisir à jouer avec que moi à les assembler :)

Yodas Sternenjäger ist - passend zu dem Jedi-Meister - eines der kleineren Lego Star Wars-Sets.Mit einer nicht allzu langen Aufbauzeit und einem recht kompakten Design eignet sich das Set vorallem für jüngere Fans der weit, weit entfernten Galaxis. Das Raumschiff selbst ist nicht zu fragilund kann insofern durchaus auch wirklich zum Spielen verwendet werden; genauso gut macht essich für erwachsene Fans wie mich aber auch im Regal. Von den unterschiedlichen Versionen vonYoda, die bisher veröffentlicht wurden, gefällt die hier enthaltene Version mir sehr gut. Ein wenig Achtgeben sollte man mit "Laserschüssen", die abgefeuert werden können: Einerseits, damit sich niemandwehtut (außer für die Augen sind sie aber auf jeden Fall völlig ungefährlich), aber auch, weil sie potentiellverloren gehen können. Preislich ist das Set für Legoverhältnisse solide, zumal trotz des eher kleinenFluggefährts mit Yoda und R2-D2 gleich 2 Figuren enthalten sind.
