How do I contact you about a item not received?

I go through my purchases and follow the questions its really easy

Is this real maybelline or fake?

I believe it to be fake. I've bought this product on the high street from well known stores but this was nothing like the shop bought item. Wand not as thick and didnt apply as well either.
