A nice neat little backpack for everyday use or short breaks, etc. Fits flat to the back without sagging and is very lightweight so that you feel only the weight of the stuff that's in it. It's got a useful zipped pocket which is against your back so that when you're wearing it, there's no chance of anyone stealing your purse - great idea! It's billed as waterproof but I haven't used it in the rain yet so I can't say but it certainly looks to be made of waterproof material although, the front flap, whilst keeping the main pocket dry, will almost certainly drip water directly onto the zip of the front pocket. Perhaps the flap could have been made a bit longer to cover the zip and protect this little pocket? Don't consider trying to use it for any serious walking or climbing as it won't fit in enough of the equipment you'll need but it's great for a casual walk and will fit a drink and sandwiches in plus a few other essentials to get you through the day. PS: I did actually use this bag in torrential rain and it kept my belongings dry for over an hour, even though the bag itself was soaked through so I'd say it's fairly waterproof for an hour or so but I can't vouch for it getting an all-day soaking. It did take quite a while to dry out afterwards but didn't seem to suffer and lasting damage from it - no colour running, shrinking or distortion. Excellent!

I loved my bag. Awesome colour and handy size. However after using it a few times the lining on the inner pocket had a hole in it. This is now the size of a fist. Have written to Amazon and the company now on two separate occasions No refund or no replacement. In fact no communication.
