content should not be damaged
I used this product to make Kombucha. The product arrived promptly and the flavour was good. However, I feel it is important for the seller to know that there was a damaged tea bag in the second box and I cannot see how it managed to get in there, unless it was deliberately placed there. The box was undamaged, which in my opinion means that the damaged tea bag had to be placed inside the box. Very strange.
