Can you reuse the same tea bag more then once. ie leave it in the mug for a 2nd and 3rd cup

Yes actually been able to get 4 out of 1 bag and it still tastes good

How much green tea is in each bag??

Thanks for your question! There is around 2.5g of tea per bag.

Do you need to 'rinse' the tea leaves in boiling water first? Some manufacturers recommend this. Thanks

I never rinse the tea leaves before making the tea. I didn't know this was ever done.

What is the shelf life?

I am not sure about the recommendation but a only buy once every 6 months and have not noticed any change in flavour
