Great item and value in this bigger bottle. Have used for years as it controls dandruff, smells great and leaves your hair clean. The product itself is thick so you don’t need much, a little is very effective. Do not use if you have coloured your hair as it will strip the colour, or lighten it. It won’t affect your natural hair colour.

I’ve used Head & Shoulders on and off for years, and this massive 1000ml bottle of the Classic Clean 2-in-1 ended up being one of those purchases that’s not exciting… but quietly excellent. First off, it does exactly what it says on the bottle. After regular use, my scalp felt noticeably less itchy, and the usual dandruff flakes pretty much disappeared. Not “marketing advert disappeared,” but genuinely reduced to the point where I stopped thinking about it altogether, which is probably the biggest compliment you can give an anti dandruff shampoo. The 2-in-1 aspect is also decent. Normally with combo shampoo conditioner products, one half of the equation feels like it gave up halfway through development. But this actually leaves my hair feeling clean and reasonably soft without needing a separate conditioner every time. The scent is that classic clean Head & Shoulders smell - fresh, simple, and not overpowering. It smells like being organised enough to have your life together, even if you’re currently eating cereal at 11pm while scrolling YouTube. I also like that it works well for everyday use. Some anti dandruff shampoos can feel harsh or dry your hair out after a while, but this one stays pretty balanced. Hair feels clean without that “squeaky dry” feeling that makes you wonder if your scalp has been pressure washed. The bottle size is honestly great value too. It lasts ages, especially if multiple people in the house use it. The only downside is the bottle is absolutely enormous, so if you drop it in the shower, it lands with the force and authority of a bowling ball. This is a really good shampoo. It works exactly as expected and leaves my hair feeling fresh, clean and soft after every wash. It has a pleasant smell, lathers well and does a great job of keeping dandruff under control. The 1000 ml bottle is a huge bonus. It lasts for a long time, and the pump dispenser makes it easy to use with no waste. For the size alone, the value for money is fantastic, especially compared to smaller bottles that run out quickly. All in all, this is a high quality product that performs well and lasts ages. I am very happy with it and will definitely keep buying it.

It is not sulfate-free and can feel less gentle on the scalp and hair compared to some modern, milder alternatives.

A la maison il n’existe pas de meilleurs shampoings ! Sauf pour maman qui utilise une autre marque suite à ses changements fréquents de couleurs et autres déguisements capillaires :) En tous cas mon fils et moi, on a signé pour ce shampooing, il faut reconnaître que c’est bien plus qu’un shampooing c’est un médicament pour les cheveux, un truc de dingue ! J’ai une barbe et quand je me lave le visage avec ce shampooing je ressens une fraîcheur et une sensation (telle que du dentifrice au menthol dans la bouche) fraîche et apaisante en plus du fait qu’elle nettoie et protège bien la tête au complet, cheveux et cuir chevelu. A mon âge j’en ai essayé des produits et je suis content de ne plus devoir faire le cobaye pour trouver le bon, ça c’est fait !
