Why none of these cooling pads don't show on TeckNet official website ?

Cause TeckNet don’t deal with the black market

do the fans blow air onto the laptop or it takes it away from the laptop???

the laptop sits on top of the fans and they blow air upwards into the vents. It does help cool the laptop a lot especially if you have it on the first rise setting!

Would this be any good under a sky q box?

It plugs into the laptop using a usb cable so if your sky q box has a vacant USB port then it should work. The fans are very quiet but very effective I have noticed that my laptop fan barely kicks in as I keep the cooling pad connected all the time.
