Beautiful fire. It came quick. I unpacked it and plugged it straight it and it works perfectly. Well worth the money. Even if I don't need the heat I can set it to light only and it still makes my house look cosy. Fits well in my living room.

I love the look of it it fits in well with my decor it's clean and simple plug in and your away. I still have to fix to wall but put it together to check it is all working fine at the moment. The fire was delayed die to weather and I had to contact the seller who.hot in touch and explained straight away and said it would be here within 2 days and it was I am impressed with all dealings from purchase to receiving and the way my query was answered quickly and sorted.

I was so looking forward to this to give focus in my lounge with a warming flame effect and heat. The flame could have been a bit brighter but the heater doesn’t work. There is no fan working just a red glow for a couple of seconds and a strange smell, so I can’t use. I’ve reported it but heard nothing yet.

Only just taken it out of the box but already dead pleased! Colour: proper white, was worried it was going to be off white based on the picture but it’s pure white and gloss finish. Fire shelf area is brushed steel. Definitely looks more expensive than the price on amazon, found nothing else anywhere that matches up to this on quality or look. Nothing to do aside from plug in and place the stones, there are fittings supplied to attach to the wall. Does obviously make some noise when on but much quieter than expected. Packaging is really good, two boxes and solid collars on all edges. You will not find anything better for the price, believe me I looked everywhere!! Update: stopped working after 6 months, contacted seller who advised I changed the fuse, this resolved the issue.

Love this fire place everyone complements it bit noisy but don’t hear it over the telly excellent value for money would strongly recommend it

Fantastic centre piece. A lot better than I imagined it would be. Paid £20 for a marble hearth and it's now perfect.
