Fast, Good Capacity, e
Came VERY quickly, a benefit of Prime membership (+ football!). Straight from the box, very well packed by Amazon,I tried it out right away. As my photo shows the two arrows do not completely align which means the safety cut-out switch prevents the processor starting. On looking at Amazons excellent help pages I found the customer service number for Kenwood UK. I thought if I phoned Amazon they may be somewhat in the dark re this product. The very helpful gentleman, working from home, suggested I give it a week or two to “bed in”. He reiterated that Amazon have a one month return option and if I wasn’t happy I could return it to them. This is in ADDITION to the 12 month guarantee Kenwood offer. I notice another reviewer seemed to be under the impression he only got one month! However with Christmas almost here I was intending to use it regularly. It is EXCELLENT doing the jobs I bought it for, see picture of cream, done in two batches of 250ml each (as per instructions) 12secs each batch. It also made light work of grating cheese, and chopping onions and carrots with ease. The instructions give you a chart of how much product and for how long you use it, very useful as I would imagine if you hold it on for prolonged periods of time it will burn out. I have to say in some cases I didn’t have to hold the lid in the “on” position so I am happy to accept this unless it gets worse. Also I have shown the “sucker” feet which prevent any “walking” of the machine. These are not too powerful so you don’t have to prise it away from the worktop. Good value for money for a mid-size food processor.

Easy to use & clean, does the job.
This replaced a food processor I'd had for many years. It's a bit smaller, but big enough for my needs. I like its simplicity, the design makes it easy to wipe clean. So far I've made pastry, coleslaw and hummus in it, and it coped well, although I wouldn't want to leave it running too long as it's not super-powerful. The instructions do advise not leaving it running for more than 60 seconds but it does the job before then. There's a choice of "pulse" (hold the button) or "on" (let it go!) which is simple. The guide book isn't terribly clear or well set out, it took me a while to find out when to use the emulsifying and "max capacity" discs, & my model (FP 12) doesn't include a blender jug or citrus juicer, but I wouldn't use them anyway (not worth the washing-up!) I like the neat cord storage & rubber feet.

Good, but not good enough
I've decided to purchase this food processor due to the fact that it had a higher capacity bowl and I could use it as a blender too for making milk shakes etc. It looks decent and build is average, it doesn't disappoint, but it won't make you say wow, simply average, but in the upper level of it. As a blender and citrus juicer it works very well and i've made quite a few cocktails where it had to crush ice cubes. It was a mistake, as after several times I can now see slight damage to the blades, not too mention that it wasn't able to crush ice to smaller pieces - I ended up with snow-like ice and few bigger ice-boulders; no fine chopped, consistent in size pieces :/ It utterly disappointed me when it came to making salads. I really hoped I will be able to throw few ingredients in, add some sauce, give it a spin and voila as it used to be the case with my old hand-powered multi-chef processor. Turned out that blades are too near to the bottom of the bowl and will perfectly mash everything to a pulp leaving fine, big pieces of vegetables floating above them. Great for making guacamole or tomato salsa, but if you'd like something to be just fairly chopped and not pulped then no can do. Overall, it's very simple in use, just two modes - pulse and constant - either one with no speed control. Suction cups at the bottom are a nifty little bonus, and prevent it from sliding across your worktop while in use. It's very easy to clean and dishwasher safe too plus it comes with some extra elements which I didn't yet had a chance to use. I gave it 3 stars out of 5. It would probably work way better if it had three blades instead of two and the locking / bowl mounting mechanism was thought through more, as at current state it's sometimes a bit of pain for me, maybe because I have limited space and it requires half a full spin of the bowl to lock. I'm not regretting the purchase as it's great for salsas, but was considering returning it due to poor salad making performance.

Good price but high maintenance device
Very useful but takes a lot of cleaning but we can grate cheese in big quantity’s

Doesn't work properly, only processes the food on the very bottom near the blade. Doesn't mix in any other food above that. Could get a much better processor for a slightly higher cost. This will be going in the bin as no option to return

The item seems good but it was delivered from the UK site with a non compliant plug and with a UK only warranty.

Gerät kam mit englischem Stecker ohne Adapter. Da ich es dringend brauchte, habe ich dann auf eigene Kosten einen Adapter gekauft.
