BOSCH PLUG IN ELECTRIC TOUGH GRASS BRUSHWOOD STRIMMER...AFS 23-37
Great build quality, quite heavy for the ladies, but does a really good job with its powerful motor and 3 bladed metal blade..Everything about it is easy..If you're fed up with temperamental 2 strokes, this is an excellent alternative..Cuts waist high tough Irish grass a treat.

Fantastic brush cutter
Love this Bosch brush cutter, it packs a punch and nothing stands in its way. I didn’t even need to use the blade as it cut through overgrown weeds and small bushes that had started to grow in the weeds with ease. I wanted a reliable brush cutter and Bosch is a great reliable name unlike the other names you have never heard of cheaply made from China. This is heavy but the strap that comes with it makes it more manageable. Love the fact the spare lines can be kept in the handle. Only negatives are the instructions aren’t that good I had to go on YouTube to find out which bit went where! Also the cord isn’t very long had to buy an extension cable, cord should be much longer considering it’s for a garden and mine is only small but still needed an extension to get round with the cutter. Would highly recommend though.

Great at what it does.
It cuts grass very well, the line is durable but not everlasting. The blade disposes of scrubby weeds and undergrowth like nobody's business. Can't fault its cutting capabilities. On the minus side, the cord is too short. You won't be doing anything much with this, without an extension. It seems to be a petty, unnecessarily irksome cost-cutting method to me. Changing the blade is a bit fiddly, there are a few little bits and pieces which it would be easy to lose but nothing to keep them in, not even a sturdy plastic bag, which would have been cheap and better than nothing. Also, I've seen other people comment that the little rubber bung which holds in the spare cords falls out and the cords get lost as it does - that happened to me. What a crap little design choice! On the whole, the things that matter most are all good on this with just a couple of irritations to remind you that you' don't matter too much to the manufacturer.

Bosch Brush Cutter
Very good and powerful and easy to put together, cut overgrown area with large thick weeds and brambles in no time , only thing is i found it a little heavy and a bit tricky to use at first due to health problems and bad back , but can’t blame the product for that , overall Excellent product and would highly recommend

Tamed the Jungle – Bosch Brush Cutter Is a Beast!
I bought the Bosch Brush Cutter with one mission in mind: reclaim my overgrown back garden, which had basically turned into a bramble-infested wilderness. Think waist-high weeds, dense undergrowth, and thorny brambles that had taken over every inch. I honestly wasn’t sure anything short of a flamethrower would do the job — but this machine proved me wrong. From the first use, I was impressed. The cutter powered through thick weeds, nettles, and even mature bramble stalks with ease. The blade option made quick work of the tougher patches, while the line spool handled lighter grass and undergrowth without snapping constantly (a huge issue with weaker models I’ve tried in the past). What stood out most was the power-to-weight ratio. It’s surprisingly lightweight for such a strong tool, and I was able to keep going for a solid stretch without feeling like my arms were falling off. The handle and harness setup are well designed for balance, which helped me maneuver through tricky, uneven ground. After a weekend’s work, my garden is almost unrecognizable. The Bosch Brush Cutter didn’t just cut through the chaos — it gave me control again. If you're facing bramble hell or an unruly garden that’s gone rogue, this tool is absolutely up to the task.Highly recommended for anyone who’s lost control of their green space and needs a serious, no-nonsense solution.

A beast
This thing is built impressively tough. I used it with the metal brushcutter head to clear a massive patch of thick brambles and weeds, and it did it so quickly without a sweat. It's my first corded strimmer and is a little on the heavy side but it makes up for that in sheer power. I love being able to use it without worrying about battery limits.A pleasant surprise was that it also comes with several long-life strimmer cables too. They look like they'll last a good many sessions and aren't too expensive to replace either. Overall very pleased.Be aware of one quirk though - for those interested in using third-party attachments with their strimmer such as Japanese rotary power scissors (IDECH brand or similar), be warned that this machine will most definitely NOT fit these without some serious modifications. Ask me how I know! To get the IDECH head to fit this machine I had to undertake some proper heavy surgery including cutting/wrenching off the incredibly tough moulded plastic pole head, then cutting the metal pole and inner rod down to size, then grinding the inner rod square to fit. Total nightmare but it does work in the end.

Better than I thought
I wasn't sure how good this would be based on other reviews online. But I was very impressed, it was fairly easy to assemble but the instructions aren't the best. It cuts through brambles with ease. For the thicker stems you have to go over them a few times especially when using the line. It's well designed and very durable. It is heavier than I expected but having the shoulder strap makes it easier.
