Is this 'blue' a real blue or a black-blue?

Hi, from what I can remember the colour is probably nearer to black/blue. I don't use cartridge refills anymore, I prefer bottled ink which allows me to get real coloured inks.

Can they be usable for other fountain pen such as Parker, for example ?

Cross cartridges are designed for use only in Cross fountain pens and can't be use in any other fountain pens from other brands. For Parker fountain pens, you need to buy only Parker ink cartridges as they are designed only for Parker pens and would not fit any other fountain pens.

Good quality ink and Cartridge

Recently given a beautiful Cross fountain pen, this was supplied with a single cartridge but obviously needed more to stock up. The ink flows really well, is a consistent colour and works reliably, I have not needed to 'encourage' the pen to work following a delay in use. My only slightly negative point would pen the length of can take for the ink to dry, but as I usually blot my layers this is not such an issue for me.

İçindeki mürekkebi harika. Siyahın tonu ve akıcılığı çok güzel. Cross markayı bulmak çok kolay değil ama Amazon sağolsun. Kargo jet hızıyla gekdi üstelik İstanbul'dan Edirne'ye 24 saati bile bulmadı desem yeridir. Fiyatı da piyasaya göre son derece makul. Malûm üründen nadir bulunuyor diye çok fahiş flyata satanları da gördüm. Çok araştırdım. Alınabilecek en uygun yer burası onu anladım.
