I JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO START FROM. PLEASE EVERYONE MAKE SURE YOU GET CURCUMIN AND NOT TURMERIC. I WAS ON TURMERIC TABLETS BEFORE I ORDERED THIS ONE. THE TURMERIC WAS NOT DOING ANYTHING SO A FRIEND OF MINE EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED TO GET THE ACTUAL CURCUMIN WHICH IS THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT OF TURMERIC TO BENEFIT FROM. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT THAT ALL THIS TURMERIC COMPANIES ARE SELLING IS MISLEADING. AND OF COURSE I WAS MISLEAD TOO. DONT GET ME WRONG I STILL USE TURMERIC IN MY SPICY COOKING WHICH IS A LOVELY A HERB BUT THE CURCUMIN IN THE TURMERIC IS ONLY 5% WHICH IS NOT A DOSE OUR BODY CAN BENEFIT FROM. WE NEED HIGHER. SO I THOUGHT OK I ORDERED CURCUMIN 95 AND WOW. IF YOU LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS IT ONLY SAYS CURCUMIN AND PIPERINE. WITHIN 3 DAYS I BECOME REGULAR. I WAS MENOPAUSAL FOR 5 MONTHS. MY CONSTIPATION ENDED. I WAS ALWAYS CONSTIPATED DUE TO IRON PILLS I HAVE TO TAKE ON REGULAR BASES. MY BLOAT IS GONE. WHICH I WAS ALWAYS BLOATED DUE TO IBS. THIS IS AMAZING. SPECIALLY BLOATING PART. I HAVE IBS AND I AM ABSENT FROM ALL THE AGGRAVATION YOU GET WITH THIS KIND OF SYMPTOM. MY BELLY IS FLAT AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK. I TAKE 2 IN THE MORNING WITH BREAKFAST AND CARRY ON MY DAY. Two reviews, one quick, one slightly longer. I hate fake reviews on Amazon so now feel inclined to leave detailed ones so others can make informed choices. Quick review: I think these actually work- I’m as surprised as anyone. I’ve had two knee ops (and shoulder surgery 3 months ago) and suffer joint pain, stiffness and inflammation when I Exercise HIIT/running/cycling. Not exercising really isn’t an option for me. I’ve tried cheaper brands that are much less effective. These effectively allow me to work out every day without any lasting soreness or inflammation. Highly recommended and I’ll update the review should anything change! Slightly longer review: I’ve tried other brands and other tumeric variants. Regardless of who you go with, it’s important to go for one that has a curcumin 95 complex (this means you get 95% curcumin extract which is the active anti inflammatory ingredient in tumeric) This has 95% curcumin and also piperine (black pepper extract) these two seem to be essential combinations and are not exclusive to love life supplements. What is important is the lack of fillers, the quality brands leave out fillers whilst cheaper ones always have them. I’ve tried a few brands now, they all kind of work but I was still getting soreness and pain still in my knee and shoulder. This makes me wonder about the quality of the ingredients used in competitors products. I love a bargain as much as the next person and shop around as well as comparing all the brands, however this works, my knee and shoulder pain is reduced. I’m very impressed. One minor criticism is the small quantity (60 capsules) increase these for the same money and I’ll be loyal for life ;-)

The supplements market is a bit of a minefield, but the blurb on these seemed good so I have been taking them for a while (several pots worth). Not long in a relative asked me if they made a difference (I have osteoarthritis due to injury in my big toe) and at the time I wasn't too sure, but several months down the line I can say that the occurrence of pain and its intensity is significantly reduced, so I would say try it, but don't expect results overnight. (I also take glucosamine daily for the same problem, I wouldn't be able to walk without it!) They do taste a bit of curry when you put them in your mouth, but once down they do not repeat or create indigestion (they shouldn't, turmeric is supposed to be good for the digestion, amongst so many other things) for me at least. One thing, take care when handling, I noticed that there was some staining on some fabric after handling them especially if there was any moisture or oil on my hands eg from moisturiser etc.

I have huge amounts of musculoskeletal pain caused by breast cancer treatments in 2007-9. I had a mastectomy with a lat-dorsi (back muscle) breast reconstruction, which has left my entire back out of balance, almost constantly in pain, and prone to going into spasm if I dare to do anything remotely normal, like sitting up with my back unsupported, driving, standing up (heaven forbid!), or trying to do the shopping even though I use the trolley as a support. On top of this, I have a complicated under-active thyroid process, raging fibromyalgia (much worse after chemo), and various old injuries (multiple whiplash, RSI to both wrists), recurrent calcium deposits on my supraspinatus tendons (both shoulders), hideous sinusitis pain, and impossible migraines with vomiting that would shame the girl in The Exorcist. 🤮 Obviously, a lot of this is caused by systemic inflammation. I can’t take NSAIDs, I’m delighted to say, because I’m happily allergic to them, as I am to vast swathes of pharmaceuticals. I have spent most of the past 12 years stuck in bed. I do try to get to a yoga class once a week, and when I do, that’s very helpful to my main pain areas of my upper, mid, and lower back, my neck, and also to the very bottom of my back on each side, where the hips meet the back, somewhere in the region of the SIs. Turmeric capsules or powder have done nothing noticeable, even when taken for years on end and in significant quantity - 4-8g a day, which in theory should have helped massively. My hips and neck have been waking me up in the night, every night, for at least the last 24 months, if not longer. I’ve had special fibromyalgia physio, which was bliss but the effects never even lasted the journey home from the hospital each time. I’m prescribed Oramorph, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I imagine it doesn’t always work simply because the inflammation isn’t being addressed, and that’s what perpetuates my pain. The first curcumin capsule I took had a very noticeable and positive impact on my hip pain. I’ve found that I’m better one x1 cap in the morning, and x1 in the evening, and you do need to take it with something with a decent fat content (full-fat milk, for example, or a teaspoon of olive oil, avocado oil, that sort of thing) or it simply will not be properly effective. Aside from my first bottle having one totally empty capsule in it (no loose powder, so a manufacturing issue), and it being a little bit more expensive than my slender means can comfortably cope with, it’s a great product and I’m very pleased with it. It doesn’t, however, state on the bottle the exact amounts of which specific curcuminoids are in it - yet if you look through the product questions, someone from Love Life has supplied them, so why aren’t they on the label or in the main product description? Because of those three factors, for my second bottle of curcumin, I’ve ordered a different company’s curcumin product - sorry, Love Life! The other company DOES list the different curcuminoids on the label, is 475mg instead of 500mg, but has 120 caps instead of 60, for much less than double the cost of Love Life’s product. I’m not sure how my pain levels will respond to a 50mg a day reduction in curcumin and its oids, but I will report back and update this review accordingly. Happy to talk to a Love Life rep if they see this and choose to comment on the empty capsule and the missing curcuminoids information :)

I got this for my elderly mother who had debilitating pain in her hips and lower back due to osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. She doesn't like taking medication from the GP or hospital (so doesn't) because she is concerned about side-effects and doesn't want to take anything that makes her feels drowsy. She has tried several other natural remedies and supplements and all of them had no effect. So she's been taking this Pure Curcumin C3 Complex for approx 3 weeks now and it has made a significant difference to her and her quality of life. She had noticed that 1) The burning sensation she constantly had in her hip has totally disappeared and the inflammation has gone. 2) The pain in her hips reduced significantly enough for her to enjoy the things she could 7 or 8 months ago i.e. she can walk much better and further, she can sit comfortably in her chair in the evening, and she isn't waking due to pain whenever she turns over in bed. Because of the positive difference this product has made for her so far (and long may it continue), 3 other people we know have asked me to order some for them too. It's affordable (compared to many other supplements) and I would say it's definitely worth a go, and could work for you as well as it seems to work for my mum. So, so far - We love this product and highly recommend it.

Background, I am 36 years old, played Rugby League for 20 years, stopped playing aged 30 and took up running alongside bodyweight training. I am overall fit and well and in good shape. However from previous rugby injuries I get intermittent neck, shoulder and knee pain. In addition to these joint pains I sustained several head injuries so am concerned what the long term effects of those would be. After researching various supplements I stumbled upon the potential beneficial effects of Turmeric on joint inflammation, brain inflammation and activity and its anti oxidant properties. I decided I wanted to give it a try. Further research on the specific supplement needed led me to this product as it has the right level of active ingredient, curcumin in abundance with the additional bioperine to aid absorption. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now so early days but already I have less neck, shoulder and knee pain. Can't comment on brain function as I am doing this to help prevent future issues as far as I know I don't have any at present. Could be all placebo but so far so good so I can't give this review any less than 5 stars. Will update this review if needed in the future but I will be continuing with the product as it seems to be working well for me with no noticeable side effects, after tastes etc.

I’m hoping they help but just had to say that they turned my hand orange while sorting them into my daily pills box - and it won’t all wash off!

My knees have been getting progressively worse over the years, and with execcise give pain, requiring Pain killers. I studied the Circumin content of numerous versions and found these to have the best spec & value. (There may be others that are better but check the specification carefully). I started taking one per day & found this made little difference, so I had read the that 1200mg of Circumin was required, so after 2 -3 weeks, i decided to take 2/day (1000mg Circumin) for the remainder of the pack, & after a week found this significantly reduced the pain to the extent i am cycling a lot more & no doubt the exercise is also strengthening my muscles giving extra support for my knees & helping reduce the pain further. I understand Circumin is an anti inflammatory & this is the reason it works. My knees did benefit from Ostenil injections so i guess this will work for some people & not others, but It has made a big difference to me, although it works out a a pack every month so not particularly cheap.

I ordered Curcumin 95 and received a bottle of Vitamin D3! They had put an address type label with the curcumin ingredients over the vitamin D3 ingredients. (That is how I know it wasn't just a shipping error) Was I not supposed to notice that? Or the name on the bottle? Certainly won't be buying any more products from Love Life Supplements.

ho ricomprato QUESTA curcumina da questa azienda, perchè ho davvero avuto dei grandi benefici. Infiammazione cronica al ginocchio ..SCOMPARSA..(non riesco ancora a crederci..) dopo appena 7 giorni dall'inizio dell'assunzione delle capsule. Nel primo periodo ho seguito la posologia di 2 compresse al giorno dopo i pasti, adesso sto effettuando una somministrazione di una sola pillola al giorno per mantenimento. Per ora continuano i benefici..!! GRANDE PRODOTTO..spero continui la sua efficacia.... E l'efficacia continuaaaa!! Non mi sento di abbandonare ì'assunzione di LLS curcumina 95, ho comprato altre 2 scatole per non farmele mancare. Continuerò con una sola pillola al giorno in attesa dell'inverno che, si sa, è nemico di di artrosi, infiammazioni e dolori articolari. Ma spero di vincere ancora! Se fosse così....un MONUMENTO a questa azienda! :) Sempre OK. Spero che l'efficacia continui.. I produttori sono persone gentili e comunicative e continuano a scrivermi per sapere come va. Spero di dare loro risposte positive in ...ETERNO . :)

Für mich ist dieses Produkt das, vor allem zu dem Preis, beste erhältliche Kurkumin Produkt. Die Dosierung ist hoch, Piperin ist auch enthalten. Letzteres ist wichtig, da jenes die Verfügbarkeit im Körper drastisch erhöht. Das wichtigste: Keine unnötigen anderen Sachen. Wenn ich Kurkumin will, dann will ich Kurkumin und kein zusätzliches Vitamin C, E oder whatever. Lieferung war auch schnell und die "Dose" sieht echt lustig aus. Fast schon 2D, sonst hat man ja immer runde. Hier schön Flach, also mega platzsparend.

Die Kapseln haben eine angenehme Größe und lassen sich leicht runter schlucken. Ich nehme schon seit 2 Jahren Curcuma ein, und bin von der Wirkung überzeugt. Ich habe Arthritis und nehme definitiv weniger Schmerzmittel ein. Ich vertrage dieses Produkt gut und habe keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Kann das Produkt gut weiter empfehlen

Dopo svariate ricerche ho voluto provare questo prodotto a base di curcumina (estratto della Curcuma longa) e piperina (alcaloide del pepe nero). Diffidate dagli integratori economici che contengono solo curcuma (e non curcumina), in quanto l'efficacia è blanda rispetto a quelli che contengono il principio attivo. Inoltre, l'abbinamento con la piperina è necessario per aumentarne la biodisponibilità e quindi l'efficacia. Numerosi studi hanno mostrato le proprietà della curcuma come antiossidante e antinfiammatorio. Pero, è giusto precisare che tutti gli integratori manifestano i loro reali effetti solo nel lungo periodo: quindi, occorre avere pazienza ed assumerli con costanza. Sto assumendo questo integratore da quasi un mese e devo ammettere che ho notato un'attenuazione della sinusite e del mal di testa che mi capita di avere spesso quando le temperature iniziano ad abbassarsi. Lo utilizzerò durante tutto l'inverno sperando che mi aiuti a combattere influenze, raffreddori e dolori articolari.
