Would these be good for wing gundam ?

Can you use this over acrylic paints? The item description says that using it over paint would cause the base coat to dissolve.

No, the paint doesn't stay on to acrylic paints surface. You can use it to touch up small area such as gap / in-between line.

Is there a black marker in this set? I see the gray and brown I want, but not black.
