Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wash and Wax, 769 ml

I'm somewhat fussy (OCD) about my car. It's my pride and joy. I enjoy cleaning it and making it look it's best. Recently did a full paint correction and ceramic coating. And then the heatwave kicked in, the hose pipe ban came in and my car was covered in fine dirt/sand/pollen. I wanted to clean it so started looking at my options. Saw this mentioned online and bought some. And what can I say. It's magic. Apply liberally and wipe with a microfibre cloth, then buff with another one. No scratches, no marring. Just beautifully shiny paint! I can do my entire car in about 30 minutes (inc wheels) with just 2 cloths. It does pay to do it in sections. If the solution dries then you have to buff harder and longer to get it polished but it's not anything major. The way it removes brake dust from my wheel is crazy. It lifts it off and all the dirt just drips off and then you buff it. I was skeptical but works. I just finished a bottle (it did 2 full washes) and orded another right away. Didn't even have to question it. Great stuff!

Gave this spray a try during the current 2026 hosepipe ban season. Product works great. Some stubborn dried on dirt such as tree sap or bird poo may need a bit more of a rub before coming off. Generally not too much hard work in cleaning the car. Just make sure you have several microfibre cloths for the spray and wet wipe off phase as the cloths do pick up a lot dirt pretty quickly. Other than that it does the job well. I only gave it 4 stars as I used up two thirds of the spray bottle on one wash. Not sure if that was due to size of car (small to mid size SUV) or me being just over generous with the spray.

I’ve been using Showroom Shine for 15 years so I thought I’d try something else this timeThis waterless clean and wax had great reviews, even great reviews by car magazines tooAs soon as I received it I went out to do my carI also purchased the Meguiar's micro fibre clothes which were quite expensive but they are huge so you can keep turning them over to get a clean bit of clothI started by shaking the bottle as per instructions then sprayed a nice covering on the roof of my car; the spray bottle gives a really nice coverage of the product in a nice spray patternI used my first Meguiar's cloth to wipe the pre sprayed panel (this will now be my wet cloth)I then used my second Meguiar's (dry) cloth to take off any excess product and polish to a shineThis product is so good that there is virtually no excess product to remove with the second cloth and still look shinyI did however use the second dry cloth to buff up the surfaceI think it took me no more than 15 minutes to do the whole carAn amazing product that leaves a great shineUtterly recommendedUPDATE:My car suffered from some Sahara rain so thought I’d use this product again. It took me about 30 minutes this time as I was in full sunlight and it was quite warm so the sprayed on product kept drying out too quickly so I had to re-wet a few areas; you must use wash n wax products wet for your first cloth removalUPDATE 2:Every time I use this product it gets easier to do as it’s obviously laying down some polish. I just did my whole car in about 15 minutes. This time I didn’t use it on the windscreen so will use my Gtechniq G6 glass cleaner for that as the Meguiar's does leave a little bit of smearing when you use your wipersI’m still totally impressed with this productI just wish Amazon would keep to charging £12/13 but then they put it up to £18 which I won’t pay for itUPDATE 3:It’s become quite addictive to wash & polish the car with this product. Sometimes all the car needs is a dusting off with a large feather duster or something similar. I have learnt that it’s best to use the product on a warm but not hot day with a little overcast conditions. If you use it on a hot sunny day the product dries too quickly so you have to keep wetting the same area. The knack to using this product is to keep the surface wet, then use your ‘wet’ cloth to remove it and a quick buff with your ‘dry’ cloth. Once you’ve used it a couple of times you’ll understand how best to use it

Great polish does as it says, good value and a deep shine

Very good easy to apply especially when busy with life does not need as much buffing as others I've used . Gives a nice great shine and water beads as it should .

Absolutely amazing product. Works extremely well. Cleans tough stains. And leaves a proper wax shine. Few sprays are only required to clean up the whole car.
