Could this work on buttons in console of car?

I only used it on my outside plastic trims so I cam`t say for sure about buttons.

Hi First this is not a spray , its like a cream and you apply it with a sponge or soft cloth . I did the bumper on my camper its lasted about tree months so far and there is now some sign of streaking following ho to sun and heavy rain . it very easy to apply and the results are very good and i would buy it again, it does cover well, buthe surface must be clean and free of dust or oil or traffic film.
