For the uninitiated DALMOTH is signature, heritage product of Uttar Pradesh specially Farrukhabad, Bareilly and Agra. The deep fried, protein rich savory Is unique because of its extremely fine "sev" and lots of masoor daal, peanuts, cashew and, raisins. This item is a perfect representation! The raw materials are excellent, edible oil used is healthy and overall quality is excellent. UP gov should apply for "geographical indications" patent for petha and Dalmoth!
