Extremely happy.
I bought this item for my knees, as I have a fair bit cartilage damage on both knees and wanted to try to keep working out (under my physios advice) whilst offering my knees some protection. I have used tubular bandages and neoprene supports in the past and find them tight on my knee caps causing me pain under my patella's, as well as slipping down off my quads. These wraps are wonderful support for my knees. They help keep the kneecap secure but flexible and the wrap technique really is useful in getting the support just as you need it. You can keep these wraps not too tight but the material has enough grip texture to stay where you want it. Whilst I haven't fastened mine very tight there is a lot of strength and stretch in these and I'm fairly confident that most people will be able to achieve their desired support. I'm 5'5", female, average build (size 12) and these wraps fit me just fine, I was initially worried that they would be too big but they are a great size, I think people bigger than me would also find them suitable.I am a hooper (as in hula hooper) and I wanted something to protect my knees whilst learning to spin on the legs, after my first attempts I was really quite bruised and I wished I'd thought of these wraps first. I've given them a little try whilst spinning on the legs and they really have taken the impact out of the hoop, whilst keeping a good grip on the hoop. I thought I would need some bigger padding but these are working well, they have good cushioning whilst remaining close to the leg, they don't feel bulky at all.I'm very happy with these the only down side is that I wish the softer half of the Velcro was a little longer than the hooked half, you have to match up the halves exactly to stop the hooked part catching on the strip itself which might lessen the life span, though I'm sure after a bit of practice strapping I will be able to do this. All in all these were exactly what I needed.

Gym PRs
Hit 220kg on leg press day after i received them quite comfy and fit really well i have a bad knee and this helped support my knees which helped alot. I got acouple other thibg from rdx and its all good quality gym equipment cosidering the price over all id rate 9/10 would be 10 if there wasnt abit of a learning curve on how to actually wrap them but a yt tutorial can do that part

Brilliant bit of kit
Fantastic knee wraps, which have really helped in the gym. They have supported my knees on the heavier lifts and are made of some really sturdy and thick material. They are easy to put on and the inclusion of an elasticated loop is inspired. My only minor gripe is that they sometimes bunch and that can reduce the comfort. Otherwise, brilliant.

Brilliant for fairly stationary exercises
This is one of three knee supports that I have acquired in the past year or so, the others being Neo G MEDICAL GRADE CLOSED KNEE SUPPORT 'breathable design' and Compression Knee Sleeve/Knee Support (1 Piece) - Use Coupon Code TWOFOR20 to get TWO Sleeves for £20! - FREE Ebook with Any Purchase! - Knee Support for Men and Women; Ideal for Working Out, Crossfit, Cycling, Running, Walking and Playing Sports; Reduce.... Each has different strengths and weaknesses, and it depends on the type of activity you're engaging in and the type of knee problem you have as to which would be most suitable. I have suffered a torn lateral collateral ligament, tendonitis in the quadriceps tendon and minor nerve damage inside the knee. I have had as much treatment as is available and now am just looking for ways to manage the pain and discomfort which remain. These RDX knee straps come as a pair and each one is approximately 197cm long and just over 7.5cm wide. The material is very thick, certainly much thicker than the material of the other two knee supports I have mentioned above. It will stretch when pulled tight, so that it gives support while retaining some flexibility to allow you to move and bend your knee. Being nearly two metres long, there are many different ways to wrap it around your knee, and it did take me a bit of trial and error to affix it so that it remained secure and didn't unwrap itself. There is a good area of Velcro for fastening. The first time I wore one of these knee wraps, I attempted some quite dynamic exercises, including a bit of gentle running. This is not a good idea at all, as if you attempt to run it just feels incredibly restrictive and probably isn't doing your knee and leg any good. If you then attempt to wrap your knee more slackly, then the wrap will of course just slide off. Where these RDX knee wraps come into their own are when you are performing exercises like squats, lunges and deadlifts, to name but three fairly stationary exercises. Having torn my lateral collateral ligament, caused by having your knee bend outwards a little too much, these supports not only provide much needed peace of mind but also reduce the discomfort I was suffering to virtually zero. If I attempt a squat, without additional weight, I can feel discomfort around my left knee, even a slight burning sensation. If I attempt a weighted squat while wearing these RDX wraps, the discomfort is virtually non-existent. When I have completed all of my squats or other exercises, there is also no lingering discomfort once I have removed the RDX wraps. Clearly this is going to make a massive difference to the exercise that I can and can't engage in in the immediate future. These RDX knee wraps are quite large and cumbersome and take longer to put on than other simple knee supports, but the level of support they provide is remarkable, certainly in my experience anyway. If you're wanting a knee support for more dynamic, movement-based exercises, then Neo G MEDICAL GRADE CLOSED KNEE SUPPORT 'breathable design' is a much more satisfactory option in my opinion. That knee support is less restrictive and remains in place fairly well while you're moving. If you're lifting weights or doing other exercises that require you to be fairly stationary while bending your knees, then these RDX knee wraps are superb.

Excellent support for heavy lifting
The RDX Knee Wraps have been a fantastic addition to my weightlifting routine. They provide excellent support and stability during heavy squats, deadlifts, and leg presses, allowing me to push myself further without worrying about knee strain or injury. The wraps are easy to adjust, and I love the flexible fit—they give just the right amount of compression without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. What really stands out is the quality. The material feels durable and long-lasting, and they stay securely in place throughout my entire workout. Whether you’re an experienced lifter or just starting out, these wraps are perfect for adding that extra layer of confidence and protection during intense sessions.Highly recommended for anyone serious about weightlifting or looking for extra knee support at the gym!

Good quality.
Brilliant addition to my gym bag. Wasn't sure wether to get these or the much more expensive knee sleeves and I'm glad I got these. This is a great step up for a beginner like me. Good quality, definitely helps the knees.
