Lovely Pink Watch!!!!
I am so very pleased with this watch. It looks good and the size is perfect for a small wrist. The bezel is a much softer pink than on the picture and in my opinion much nicer. Lots of useful features on this watch, especially the alarms - I have set all four to remind me to do various things during the day (no excuse for forgetting now and it stops me clock-watching!). Useful also is the countdown timer. I don't have an issue with the length of the strap, and unless you have a VERY large wrist it should not be a problem. I do agree with one reviewer about the buttons being difficult to locate, especially in the dark, but you get used to it and after a few days of wearing the watch I don't have that problem any more. I would definitely recommend this watch - I love it!

An impressive Baby G for the younger lady
Bought for my daughter, aged 9.The watch self is durable, as expected for the 'G' range, fashionable, and easy to use.The watch contains enough functions for a first watch (Time, Date, Stopwatch, Timer), so it is fairly intuitive to use after a brief read of the instructions. You are also able to select 12/24 hour readout, which is quite useful if you want the wearer to be come accustomed to the telling the time on a 24 hour clock. The watch strap colour is, as mentioned in other reviews, 'ice pink', so it's quite subtle in appearance.Overall, definitely a watch to consider as a first 'serious' watch, and would make an ideal gift.

A year on and still strong
My Baby G has been put through its paces and then some.I work on a yacht and in the year and two months owning this watch, the only times I have taken it off are when diving to more than 10m and at airport security. No exaggerating. It has been through regular swims in the salty sea water, hours spent elbow deep in washing up (Job=chef/stewardess/sailing crew), days of direct uv exposure and 30'C+ temperatures, and being bashed about while sailing through more than 1 storm. I have taken no special care of the watch and yet it just keeps going, perfectly. The light is invaluable for night sailing while the countdown timer and stopwatch have saved many a dish from overcooking, and the second time zone is set to where my family and friends are.The only reason there are not 5 stars in this review are due to the resin casing and strap. This watch is small enough not to look too masculine on even my skinny wrists but after a year of abuse the lovely blue strap and front piece are a faded yellow and I had similar browning issues to what someone else has mentioned, under the 'face resin'You can however clean this brown dirt out by removing the 4 screws next to the buttons and taking the cover off, cleaning it and putting it back together. It's surprisingly easy to do.I have put many different watches through this harsh testing and none have met the challenge as well as this Baby G. It is very good value for money!

Perfect for my eight year old daughter's second watch
My daughter absolutely loves this watch. My wife bought her a red Lorus for school, which almost immediately went missing, so my daughter and I shopped the Baby G watches here on Amazon till she settled on this one to replace her missing red Lorus. When it arrived it was in the Baby G tin, beautifully presented and bang on style-wise for an eight year old girl. She wears it to parties (she's going to a trampolining party this evening, and it will get to go out with her) and general weekend wear. It has lots of pointless animation going on, which obviously goes down a storm too.Setting up was a bit tricky, but we got there in the end (after RTFM'ing on my part).Great price, too. There is also an all-baby blue resin version, which is very similar and worth a mention.

Love this watch!
This is a gorgeous, practical watch! As mentioned in previous reviews and in product details, the face is smaller than previous Baby G models, giving a sleeker look. It is easy to navigate around the functions, and setting up is simple with the instructions. Regarding earlier comments about the size of the strap, my wrist is 17cm, and when the watch is fastened, there are still three holes left that could extend the strap by just over 2cm. Yes, the digits are a little pale, but I soon got used to them along with the reflective face. I have owned a pink world-time Baby G for 6 years and was upset to find that the battery had died- until I saw this model! I much prefer this one! Especially at half price!

Sport and more
Absolutely love this watch.I brought it as a replacement for an old Baby-G which was still working fine but after nearly 10 years was looking a little tired. This watch is very attractive and I will have no problem taking it on Holiday knowing that it will look fine even for dining out.I can keep it on in the pool or hot tub.I mainly got it for its alarm function and world time. It does everything I need it to do.The display is clear and easy to read.Stting the time can be a little clumsy but you do not need to do that every day do you :-)I would happily recoment this to anyone.Don't know what else I can say except go for it, :-)

Really like this watch
Really like this watch, much less chunky than some of the other baby g models out there and does everything I need it to! In my opinion it does not look cheap either. For anyone wondering whether you can swim with this watch, you can. It is resistant to a water pressure of 10 bar (as stated on the back of the watch), so unless you are scuba diving or doing extreme water sports it should survive! I go swimming on a regular basis and have had no problems so far :) Would highly recommend, very good value for money.

i am reviewing my first impression
Although it was tough to set the time correctly, but it is a great watch, great functions. The feel of the wrist plastic band kind of pinches, but looks great, works great.I read the comments about the tin box, not true, tin box is ugly, and cheap looking.after using it for a while, I am not that pleased. The wrist belt it is rather short, so it hurts to wear this watch. As well, to wear this watch in the water it is not that safe, although it works well, you can see that the water has filtered very much and the watch looks moldy.
