Really good. I was buying a similar product from a well known health food shop which was much more expensive and as it turns out much less effective than this product. I was taking two a day of the other but only take one a day of these and it works great. They’re easy to swallow and have a good long date on them. No unpleasant taste or smell with them and no side effects for me.

The human body has approximately two kilos of gut bacteria (the good kind!) which complement food digestion and aid metabolism. The gut microbiota are essential for producing vitamins and break down otherwise indigestible components. They also produce hormones which can affect our mood and overall health. Intestinal bacteria also play critical roles in maturing your immune system, and a disruption to the gut microbiota has been implicated in countless human diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and even obesity and diabetes. Years ago I stopped buying the occasional supermarket-version of probiotic drinks (e.g. Yakult, Actimel - either of those two alone were just far too expensive for me). Quite recently, I decided to give probiotic tablets a try. I had previously purchased Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets from Nu U Nutrition before and decided to see if I could find something else to 'just feel a little bit better'. And so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of their Probiotic tablets a try. As always, the quality of the tablets were excellent. I took one tablet in the morning with a glass of water. Later, it became clear to me how unaware I was of a few digestive problems I had before. Before, I had intermittent 'runny' movements, random bloating, even the odd deep intestinal bubble flux. I thought this was just part of the parcel of life. I never let it bother me too greatly. However, the very next day those symptoms began to dissipate... and let's just say I had MUCH healthier and cleaner toilet habits. It wasn't completely binary but I did certainly feel like I had more energy - probably because my food was being better digested and there was slight boost in my energy levels. I wasn't as sullen and lethargic towards the end of the day. I haven't looked back since. I cannot recommend these probiotics enough - you'll save HUNDREDS on those expensive probiotic drinks. The customer service Nu U Nutrition provides is superb. I am happy to keep on using these probiotics for as long as I can - each bottle lasts an astonishing 6 months! I have recommended this product to all my family and friends and have guided them to a truly outstanding book written by Giulia Enders called "Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Under-rated Organ".

I've taken probiotics off and on for 20 years, and now convinced 100% that they absolutely help those with certain disorders. Having suffered from GERD, for over 20 years, and had my gallbladder removed 18 years ago. My typical symptoms are, severe gas, & bloating, which can come immediately after eating, and can cause discomfort down my right hand side like a dull ache. Irregular toilet habits, constipated to diarrhoea, and this could be two movements within 30 mins of each other. Acid reflux at night especially if I've eaten too late or had a few drinks. I have been on the usual prescribed medicines but I've found these, at least for me also very hit and miss (more miss than hit). Regarding probiotics, I've tried many brands some good some not so....I've also had breaks in between where you forget to reorder or just think things are fine again so you don't take them for a few months and again for me the problems reoccur. So after a long lazy break of suffering I needed to take a daily probiotic again. My prior one worked fine but was pricey, so tried this one given its one a day, good mix of bacteria, and strength, and a great price for 6 months supply. I was sceptical regarding performance, given the price and qty, but after just 4 days and wow, everything back to normal. No more gas (than any healthy person), the bloating and pain has gone, and by day 4 my bathroom trips, dare I say it, something to look forward to...Obviously this might not be the same for everyone. Probiotics obviously work well with my issues and me personally, but I can certainly recommend this brand, based on my personal experience and results, and taking a probiotic daily will be part of my routine again for life...

I purchased these on the 4th December and was a bit nervous about taking them as i had read both good and bad comments about them (mostly good though), I noticed an improvement with bloating in the first 2 days and it has also decreased wind by around 50%, it hasn't got rid of my IBS symptoms but i can manage a lot better, i don't feel so full and fatigued after a meal like i used too. So i can honestly say please give them a try if you suffer with any digestive issues they could make life so much more comfortable for you.

Gut health is the current trend for people looking to improve both their stomach and mental health (mental health is now being linked to our guts). I was recommended probiotics by a gastroenterologist and have tried a few different brands. These capsules are easy to swallow, regular size not small but not too large that they get stuck. Tasteless and no adverse side effects. I only need one a day so good value for money. The biggest benefit for me is balancing my stomach acid which always has too much and gurgles, churns and can be gut wrenching. This is my third bottle of this brand as it’s the best I’ve found. I’ve discovered you must take it regularly for the effects to work but it was recommended to me to take a few weeks off every couple of months. This may be different for different people and always go with what is advised to you personally. A wonderful ‘side effect’ for me is that it also keeps me ‘regular’ which is a massive bonus for those who suffer in this department. This is now an essential part of my day and I wouldn’t be without it. 5 stars.

Like me If you have been suffering with bad breath, and you've tried very thing to maximise your oral hygiene (brushing, flossing, mouth wash) also visited dentist to fix any cavities or excess plaque, but still suffering, it may well be your gut, take 2 of these and Saccharomyces Boulardii (20-40 billion CFU) per day in the morning with breakfast, within 10 days you'll be cured! Try it and save everyone around you from the unpleasant smell, they will thank you ;)

I’ve been using these for a little while now and they seem fine overall, easy to take and no issues with the capsules themselves. Packaging is clear and it feels like a decent quality product, but I didn’t notice any major difference while using them. They’re not bad by any means, just nothing particularly standout for me compared to similar products. Might work better for others, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Average overall.

Can't rate these enough. Having suffered for years with IBS and constant stomach aches major trouble not going for poos, I was recommended using probiotics by a friend who is a chemist. I gave these a go years ago and yes my IBS ceased and I was 'normal'. I stopped taking them for a while, no reason just life got in the way and here we go again, IBS, trouble going to the loo and I mean not able to go for days and in lots of pain! so I went for these probiotics. Within about 3 days my poo rhythm came back and I go every day woohoo! No IBS and tummy pains gone. They work for me and now I couldn't do without. Worth a try if you are in a similar position. Sorry if it was TMI

I ordered these Probiotic capsules after reading the great reviews left by others. I ordered this product for me, my son, and my husband. We have all had great results with these probiotics. My husband suffers from irritable bowel syndrome and feels that these probiotics have greatly decreased his stomach and bowel issues. My teenage son has severe acne and, when taking these probiotics in combination with his doctor prescribed antibiotics, his acne has definitely decreased. The antibiotics, alone, did not help the acne as well as the addition of the probiotics. For me, the probiotics have helped keep me free from illness, during flu season, and have kept my system regular. The bottle contains 180 capsules, so even with all three of us taking a daily capsule, the bottle will last for 2 months. We think it's a great value.
