I wasn’t expecting much from a knee sleeve, but this one genuinely impressed me. The fit is snug without feeling restrictive, and it gives just the right amount of support whether I’m working out, walking, or just getting through a long day on my feet. It stays in place (no annoying slipping or rolling down), and the material is not very breathable so does get sweaty. I am 110kg, 6ft quite large legs and it’s a snug fit, any bigger and it would not fit What I noticed most is the stability—it gives my knee that extra bit of confidence and support that makes movement feel smoother and less stressful.

This knee support was invaluable to me. Easy to fit, really supportive and well made.

It is comfortable to wear and gives some support and can be worn over trousers as well as under.

Was recommended to buy this from a physio therapist at hospital. Does it's job, supports the knee well. Just don't wear it 24/7. Best to wear when resting, sitting down or sleeping. Don't wear when walking about as it digs in. But that's how the physio told me to wear it anyhow. It is good at supporting but can get a little tight if left on for too long. It's not made to be worn long term. Good quality materials

This is a good quality knee brace gives good support at side of knee.

Good fit and comfortable enough when upright. Not so comfortable if you need to sit down. It folds up behind the knee and digs in. I found it very uncomfortable when sitting but thats maybe just me. Good adjustment and doesn't slip.

A good product,well made and effective

Says it supports weak injured or arthritic knees. As i am doing gymwork to help my knee which ticks all three boxes i'm hoping for the best and maybe get back to running again.

Per un problema al ginocchio molto fastidioso (ginocchio varo con rotula che tende ad andare verso l'esterno, credo si dica "lateralizzazione" in termini tecnici) mi sono deciso a comprare una ginocchiera dietro il consiglio di un fisioterapista, consiglio che invece non mi avevano mai dato vari ortopedici. Ne ho viste tantissime in rete e non sapevo quale scegliere. Dopo aver letto altre buone recensioni ed essere stato sul sito della casa produttrice, mi sono convinto che questa avesse un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, in più mi sembrava più comoda di altre per via dei materiali usati e il fatto che avesse il rinforzo per la rotula una sicurezza in più della sua effettiva funzionalità. In effetti è abbastanza comoda, anche se ci si deve sempre un po' abituare per chi non ne ha mai portata una. Anche se sono giovane, essendo un problema che ho da qualche anno, non pensavo potesse fare molto, invece credo che qualcosa stia facendo perché avverto meno dolore di prima, anche dopo aver fatto una seduta in palestra. Visto il costo non eccessivo, consiglio di provare ad usare una ginocchiera a tutti coloro che hanno dolori al ginocchio, l'importante è indossarla bene e "tirare" un po' la rotula dal lato opposto a quello in cui tende a "strofinare". Se considerate che a me è stato consigliato persino di operarmi, chi ha una situazione migliore della mia potrebbe davvero risolvere del tutto il suo problema. Questa ginocchiera può essere usata sia per la gamba sinistra sia per quella destra, il suo utilizzo è molto semplice, ma se notate dolori dopo averla utilizzata (ad esempio il giorno dopo), assicuratevi di averla utilizzata nel modo giusto e in caso di dubbi fatevi consigliare da un esperto su come indossarla.

I have moderate arthritis in my knee. I was sceptical this would help but it does help with the pain. Normally I would get pain from walking too much or severe pain from flexing the knee but it restricts over flexing and supports the knee when walking, even up stairs. It does make my knee sweat but it's suppose to as the heat helps with the pain relief. It also very easy to put on and adjust as there was no way I was going to be able to reach the end of my foot to slip a tubular brace on, this one just straps on easily. It does need to be hand washed but that fine, it's super easy to wash and quick drying. It is also lightweight and has extra padding on the knee area. It does not slide down during walks either. I have noticed that there is a gap at the back between the strap sometimes and my skin squashes between it when I walk making it uncomfortable but a simple readjustment of the straps and this issue is mostly solved, it would be different for different people depending on how big their legs are and how they strap it. I notice when I don't wear it as the pain returns. If my knee gets worse I would upgrade to the same brand of knee brace with the the metal strips in it for even more support but this one is a third of the price of that one and it's doing a great job at the moment. It is also suitable to wear in the water as it is quiet quick drying and has no metal parts, it helps a lot on the uneven ground at the beach.
