Very tiny and easy to swallow
Oily skin has reducedBut I’ve also stopped using moisturiser during the day.So either the Vit B or no daily moisturiser has helped my oily skin not sure which, it is 50/50 between the two.So, my review is probably just useless.(by the way, the pills don’t smell very nice at all when you unscrew the lid)

Important to take Vitamin B when there isn't much sunshine where you live.
I have been taking these Vit B complex pills for a few years, especially after the Covid lockdown periods when one stayed at home and could not catch a lot of sun. I felt regularly out of energy and taking Vit. B regularly has clearly helped to fee more energetic in general.
