Good delivery 3/4 days took out bag was cool no instructions with this product either keep folded in 2 or open it up i placed it on face & lumbar region lower back popped it into pillow case its cool mind not Frozen its helped me with 4 hot flushes all ready . I have MS and meds i get cause hot flushes only had it 30 mins so far so good. I order snother one OMG what a quick service very pleased .

I wasn't expecting much because of the price, but I was nicely surprised. I put it in the fridge as for me it wasnt cold enough without doing so. I'm using it for hot flushes at night, and it's brilliant. Stays cold for quite a few hours, but not all night, which was a bit disappointing, but for the price, hey I'm happy. It's well made, no leakage at all and I've used it well over the last few weeks. It does slide down the pillow case to the bottom which is a pain as it's bulky to move back all the time. I've got rheumatoid disease so my hands and feet get very hot sometimes, its been great for that too! I'm very pleased with my purchase, its not an expensive Chillow but it certainly does the job I need it to do.

My friend recomended this to me, arrived very quickly and I find it very beneficial to me for using when I have hot flushes and night sweats. I tuck it under my pillow case and feel the coolness seep through. I also fing laying on top of it helps to cool me down. Yes, it does loose it's coolness after about half an hour but I just put it on top of the duvet for a while to regain it's cooling capacity.

Not comfortable under pillow . I leave mine out the the back garden to stay cool, if your in hot country you need another plan. . At night going to bed it much colder if you suffering from overheating at night . Cools the back of neck and head . Be good if you could leave in the fridge .

Great little pillow I keep it by the bed when I suddenly feel overwhelmingly hot I reach down pick it up and it feels fantastic when you put your head on it , instantaneous coolness,I just wish I had bought it earlier ( like last summer) It will be great for my holidays as it will take up very little room in the suitcase.

I’ve tried a few of cooling pillows etc, and up to now this has been the best, like any of these item they warm up over time but this seems to keep cooler longer on my face with any I’ve tried , great value for money. And very quick service

Didn't stay cold for very long and was actually quite hard on my head to try to sleep on. I lasted for one hour and threw it on the floor. Wouldn't recommend this product, sorry

It does work (I am not sure how). I don't use it as a pillow as I found it uncomfortable and it slipped around under my satin pillowcase. (My marvellous satin pillowcase is another story). However I do use it whenever I feel hot (I am a lady of a certain age and have hot moments!) I drape it over my head and neck and it certainly cools me down. This stays by my bedside for use whenever needed. Definitely keeping it and would recommend - especially for the price. I get headaches as well and this is very useful for that also.
