No, it's just a rolling kit. As with all Tamiya kits, requires Radio System, ESC, Battery and Charger to complete.

Do these car come fully assembled

No they are a kit of parts which you assemble and screw together They are not too difficult and come with a illustrated comprehensive instruction manual

Is the motor brushless?

No it's the basic Tamiya 540 motor still runs great There are plenty of alternative brushed and brushless motors available on Amazon if you want to upgrade

Can I use my old midnight pumpkin controller or do I need to buy a new one??

It will work fine with your old controller
