I love it!
I don't have a lot of room right now in thr room I am staying in so having a bed in here all the time and being able to still move around in the room is not an option. So I decided to try my luck on this. It was fairly simple to put together and took about 45 minutes by myself. The directions could maybe be a little clearer and it didn't not come with any directions on how to adjust the back rest down into different positions which would have been extremely helpful. There is not a lot of give to the cushions so if you need a softer chair or bed then this is not for you but if you're like me and suffer from back problems and need a firmer sleeping surface you will love it, my back feels so good sleeping on it. If you are a bigger person though you might have a harder time on it because there is not a lot of room for sleeping on your side and moving around in your sleep. But I have to say I really do love this and when I get a bigger place I plan on buying another one for my living room for when I have guests stay over.

Mostly good, worth the money
I needed a chair in a room that doesn't get a lot of use, but I also wanted a guest bed or "sick" bed on the ground floor. The chair was packaged extremely well, and not difficult to put together with the included tools. The instructions were easy to follow, pretty standard "no words" directions. I have not slept on it yet, but I've sat on is several times and it is very firm. Like other reviewers have said, maybe a little too firm, but the only place I would add padding is on the arms. The height is great, so many chairs are too low to the ground, but this one is higher than many, and as it's so firm you don't sink into it. It isn't "high style" or "deep comfort" but it's useful and worth the price.

Uncomfortable and cheaply made.
Based on the reviews, I had higher hopes for this chair than I should have, and let me tell you, it is a cheaply made, super uncomfortable chair. It is not worth the price! Do not buy this chair. If you're going to spend $300-some on a chair, go to a furniture store. I made the mistake of thinking I could tolerate the uncomfortableness, thinking I could get a cushion or something—nope. Even with a cushion, the chair is so uncomfortable. I should have returned it in the 30-day window instead of trying to make it work; but who wants to disassemble a piece of furniture after it took over an hour to put it together? I should have sucked it up and listened to my gut when my bottom first touched the "padded" seat. The chair *looks* like its a good, comfortable chair, but it isn't. Don't waste your money.

Sleeper chair
This chair was easy to put together and took less than an hour to assemble. Directions were easy to follow. Chair is a little hard when laying on it but for the price it will work. We used a twin mattress topper and that helped.

Hard as a rock
Nice looking, easy enough to assemble but felt like I was sleeping on the ground. Had to buy a 3” topper just to be able to sleep and not wake up in pain.

Chairs come defective and then you have to pay return shipping
Title says it all, the items come defective where holes don't align to assemble the chairs. You have to work with the seller who then wants you to pay the return shipping which is over $300 in our instance. Really poor experience, product, and customer service.
