I’m a 48-year-old who started exercising again around 8 months ago. Given my age and a lack of any fitness activities for a couple of decades, I need any edge I can find. I’m also trying to lose fat at the same time as building muscle – a tough ask at any age.I have found that BCAA’s do give me a definite boost whilst exercising and seem to help with recovery (a little less aching the following day). They also seem to be allowing me to gain muscle whilst watching my calorie intake (the two don’t naturally fit together).The pills are quite on the large side, but convenient and easy to swallow.Whilst it’s very difficult for any individual to be certain that it’s a supplement allowing them to achieve their goals, I do feel that this has made a tangible difference to me and I’ll be ordering more.

This product does the business

As Im looking to build muscle whilst losing fat BCAA works for me. Whilst its really impossible to tell if the pills are having the desired effect after two weeks my muscle mass continues to increase whilst my fat % decreases. Obviously a lot of hard training and diet helps but at the age of 49 I need all the help I can get and my gut instinct tells me that these are doing the job.The pills are large (not a problem if you swill down with water) and pretty much tasteless so, for me, much better than the awful synthetic flavoured powders you can buy.I intend to re-order and then maybe I'll review this review afetr a few months - but for the moment I have no complaints at all.

I have a lot of face bloating on this batch for some reason so I am going to throw away the rest of the jar . Not sure why but I did not have this issue with the previous order I made 🤷‍♂️

No word of a lie, these instantly got rid of DOMS for me. Instantly. I was shocked at how effective these were. I first took them within the first two weeks of being back in the gym, I would do intense sessions and I would wake up the next day in agony almost from DOMS. This completely stopped when I started taking these. I take 5 (recommended dose), when I get to the locker room after a workout.

I struggle to take BCAA in powder form as I find it sickly so was looking for some good tablet form. These have helped bit time with taking them, easy to swallow and also with the DOMS. I will continue to buy these from now on, also the tub seems never ending
