Vitamins take a few months to work to build up depleted nutrient stores in your system. I originally, purchased one box, then I disovered it was alot cheaper to purchase this item in bulk which I did. It's an expensive out lay, but you save so much money if you can afford to do it. I was advised to use these multi vitamins supplements years ago. I find I don't catch many colds and viruses. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

Seems to offer protection ,how much is difficult to quantify
