I do not have this problem. Once I remove the top seal, honey comes out easily, though it is very thick in texture, it is soft enough.

Q: The label says 100+ but the bullet points description says 12+, a big difference! So which is it?

Legislation and grading structure information has changed quite significantly over the last 5 years and as such it was inevitable that overlapping information would confuse the consumer. I'm pleased to say that the MPI have now settled on MGO as the comparable grading for all NZ manufacturers to use. This has made it easier for everyone to understand.
