I have been taking this consistently every day for 18 months and I’m not kidding when I say that it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I couldn’t stick to a calorie deficit because no matter how much I ate I was always starving. Honestly, very skeptical at first whether or not it would work for me. This is a great product. So far has definitely helped regulate my hormones, when one remembers to take it on a regular basis. If you're on the fence just give it a try, I'm not saying that it will work for everyone. It is worth a try, hope it works for you the way it has for me.

Highly recommend if you have irregular periods! I’ve always had irregular periods and would skip several months sometimes. This product however, has helped me tremendously! My periods are back on track! I also have a very sensitive stomach so I was hesitant to take them but they are easy on the stomach!! I encourage you to be consistent with taking them everyday to see full results. Definitely give it a try!

Seems good so far and easily digested. I do feel extra sleepy throughout the day. However there is a nauseous feeling and pulsating headache that creeps in during the evening and night.

Great for pms symptoms!!!! I love this product I didn’t see any immediate results but after two years of taking this I can say it keeps my hormones regulated, and period on schedule as well as helps with my pms symptoms. I normally would curl up in a ball in the fetal position every month and be extremely nauseous this helps with that sooo much!!! I absolutely tell everyone I know and preach the effects to every female I know that has horrible periods ( and I know many!) I never had any side effects and I’m sensitive to medications. you take two twice a day they say to do separate but I take them first thing in the morning after I eat together. If you’re on the fence I would at least try it!!!

I think this regulated my cycle but I'm gaining weight. It took me a while to figure out what it was because I wasn't being consistent for a while but as soon as I started taking them every day the weight gain seemed to get worse. I have NEVER had lower belly weight gain until I started taking this product. Causes constipation as well which would make a lot of sense with the lower belly gain from bloating. I also haven't had any motivation to do anything and I'm feeling exhausted around noon every day though I sleep fine. I will be stopping these.

Wish I had started sooner, but I'm happy to report that it's helped tremendously with inflammation, especially in my face.

I only take one each morning, I’m in perimenopause and it’s helped with bloating and sugar cravings considerably. Weight gain as well. Also the mini hot flashes are gone for now. 👍

I was recommended this supplement by my fertility consultant. Little did I know it would also help with my weight, as I’m now able to manage my sugar cravings much better. I can’t yet comment on its effects on fertility, but it has definitely been life-changing for me. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Easy to swallow and no flavor or sides effects

I am very very happy with this product. I've had issues with getting my period as long as I started woman hood and I unfortunately was told to get on birth control my whole life. In doing research, I came across " inositol" and read that it can help you get your period and help with "PCOS". I have been taking this for 1 week and I just got my period. I will 1000% be purchasing again!😊

This is a really great powder, it doesn’t have a horrible taste like some of the others I’ve tried. It really helped my period regulate.
