Dear Carl Fulton,Thanks for your message.As you mentioned “Do these cameras swivel”, of course you can swivel the cameras, but we need to inform you that you are not able to fit them to the wall and swivel them left and right. You you have to fit them as in the image with the base upwards then you can swivel them up and down by loosening a screw on the arm and swivel left and right by undoing the ring nut near the base, swivel and re-tighten.Best regards,
