This supplement is really good. You notice the difference, especially with your nails within weeks of starting it, but if you ever stopped, you would have to deal with the fact that your nails would start looking like something is seriously wrong with you; dry, brittle and very easily broken.In otherwords, if you were to start taking it, you may have to continue forever.

These are very good vitamins. Noticed my eyelashes were longer after 2 months - overall, hair seemed thicker everywhere.. My nails now grow faster and are a healthy pink colour. Takes a couple of months to see results.

The product itself is good. I have been taking these for many years and had a good effect on both my hair and nails (I have a lot of hair but it is thin - taking these helped reduce hair fall drastically/I always had brittle nails so this product made a major difference) . Unfortunately the last batch I received had the tablets all sticking together as if the product was kept is a very humid space. I still took them while crossing my fingers that there will not be any negative effects.Unfortunately after this I will not be buying from this seller anytime soon as I am not the type to gamble with product quality and safety.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees, exercise regularly, do daily physio exercises for the pain and recently had a steroid injection in 1 knee which was the most painful. She mentioned MSM helped her.I bought some, decided to take 2 of them at night as I find gettting up in the morning is painful and the arthritis wakes me up every night.These worked straight away and I find getting out of bed so much easier, I still do the physio exercises before and after the gym.The pain is very dull, not intense and I am happy that I listened to this lady's recommendation.I did not buy these for hair, nails etc just for the arthritis.
