Gives my body that extra GO 🚶♀️
The media could not be loaded. My GO to vitamin which I have been taking every day for the last few years which has served me well with menopausal symptoms. I take one after my main meal with water, the tablet is easily swallowed or you can crush with a spoon. If I ever miss taking them or run out I really feel the difference - my energy dips & mood shifts and I don't feel as fit overall. I would highly recommend this multi vitamin to work alongside a healthy routine/lifestyle and you can definitely feel calmer, positive, more energetic and overall less ailments to contend with. There are no negatives with this vitamin and I would give it 5 stars 🌟 all round for my general well being and uplifted mood!

Great that it’s 1 a day not 2 like many. I like the blister packs and box.
I like this brand as it’s only 1 tablet a day to get all you need. Most brands you need to take 2 large tablets a day and come in huge jars too. I like the smaller box and pop out blister pack design as that way that “earthy” smell vitamins has doesn’t hit you like ones all mixed in a jar. I like what’s add for women over 50. No bad taste or aftertaste,
