Could this be used to hem lycra fabrics (underwear)?

I'm not sure it would last so long because of the stretchin Lycra but it would hold temporarily....maybe a few washes!

Will this stick leather to leather ?...

Yes it’s but you iron it on so you would need to protect the leather with a cloth before ironing it
